I wish I had the skill to draw the best anime girls in the world. It feels like all the skills I could get, I've gotten at the early age (up until I was ~16). Nowadays I can't learn anything as well and I feel like I'm constantly behind.
How to fucking hack my way into learning how to draw so that I don't have to spend 20 years on fundamentals?

Short answer OP, you can't. Any and all crafts take time to properly learn. However, it won't take 20 years until you're rather well at it. The actual timetable would be closer to 5 years (If you're consistent, that is). Here's a pic to help you get started, but also see about giving >>>/art/ and >>>/loomis/ a visit.

I've just signed up for an art class.
I wish I had a friend doing what I'm doing and we could track each other's progress and motivate each other. Without such motivation, I will choose to play League of Legends and watch streams instead...

Your soul is already lost to the great jewboxmachine. Years of sensory overload have turned your brain into mush and made you unable to do feel satisfaction from doing anything meaningful. Your only chance to actually learn art is to break out of that.
And no, having a friend would not motivate you at this point. I've been there and done that, but at the end of the day it's just another excuse you tell yourself so that your brain can follow its usual patterns. Even if you did have such a person, you'd find another excuse somehow

But all my favourite artists I strive up to become draw anime girls. I wonder how come their brains are okay and they can draw just fine.

There was a time I broke out of porn, League of Legends, browsing Internet forums etc. I ended up having psychosis, tried to kill myself because I thought I was posessed. I was hospitalized. Now I'm back to old ways and life is quieter...
watch out with no fap and the like, guys. it does stuff to your brain

Anon, even if you know how to draw. Is not as easy as you think to excel with the skill you have anon. If it's really that easy, I'll be on top of drawfag world of by now. To be a professional drawfag, you need more than just able to draw. Some of the these skill are pretty much unrelated to drawing itself. You need to think about the audiance, writing, the mood, composition, dynamic and all sort of things that makes your works great. Drawing is hard work anon.

You need to be the right kind of person, OCD helps.
I pretty much never draw but I can draw better than some people I know who actually properly study and practice the art, because I won't stop erasing a part and redrawing it until I am satisfied with it, too many people just draw rubbish and assume that by drawing rubbish over and over again they will get better.
