I've been using them for years just because I couldn't stand the bullshit going on behind the scenes and in the comments on nyaa, so none of this is any great inconvenience. Can't say I'm sad to see nyaa's near monopoly broken, it was a long time coming and my fapping continues unabated.

Eh. I've Animebytes. Between that and qBittorrent's search plugins like >>32835 said, most things can be found pretty easy.
ruTracker has games and a bunch of harder to find music. Fully public trackers trackers cover everything else.
Well, I also have a jpopsuki account. But rarely ever do I use that.
And a couple of other sites like volafile and private chats. But like jpopsuki, I mostly just idle those while uploading a little rather than really getting much from them. They're backup of backup silliness.
Then there's PD/Share for really hidden Japanese stuff. Or h-audio porn if you're into that. VNs are there too, if public trackers are ever unseeded.
Worst case there's always Usenet. It STILL shows no signs of dying off completely. Somehow
