If I were to make different clothing styles or a wardrobe, I'd do it like the teaching a feeling guy does, just take a naked model, draw over it and use that to overlap it with the naked model whenever someone wants to change the model clothe, although each CG should be drawn with the variation of clothes, and that sucks.

Well..If i had to be honest about this build…Its not that bad actually. Its fairly good in its own odd way.

The RNG tends to work more against someone playing as opposed to for, the bugs tend to stop you like a brick wall from getting to the good stuff, like for example, the sleeping pills are meant to well…Put helen to sleep and have content all on their own.

Namely, being able to have dash jack off on a sleeping helen or even have sex with her, going by images, but with the bugs, its near impossible to access.

Likewise the massages have a good sense of progression, becoming more and more sexual as time goes on, with helen being willing to even let dash jack off to her, but again, due to RNG working against us most of the time and bugs, its very difficult to access. despite the writing being decent and the art looking good.

The corruption system is much improved, with the progression being slower and more gradual, making much more sense as helen needs to be pushed and prodded over time to become looser and looser, but still having her limits, even at high corruption, unless one plays their cards right and certain items change scenes and levels of corruption effect helens enjoyment of being lewd and how far she will go with dash.

At least that is what I think is going on, as once you reach a certain corruption level, the game will bug out and not let you interact with her any longer and be unable to access the high corruption content unfortunately. And sometimes drugs and items simply don't work, or cause the game to bug out.

But…For what is here…Its good, not perfect, not by a very long shot, but its not bad either, its good as a update after so long. One might want more content after so long a gap but im judging this alone and by its own merits and flaws.

In conclusion, this is a decent update build, a good showcase of content and has good art for the most part, two equally odd endings that i think are meant to have deep meanings and showcase consequences , but its held back by its bugs and the rng being a tad unfair twords anyone playing it.

If i had to rate it with bugs fixed 7 to 8 out of 10 with the bugs however and the rng its more of a 5 out of ten.

In addition to my post above, the biggest issue is, there is a decent amount of h scenes and content….You just cant get to it due to bugs and rng.

The simplest solution to this issue aside from fixing the bugs is make it so we can CHOOSE which scenes we want to do, its near impossible to get the scene you want or access the stores when you need them.

Most of the time i got the stores when i DIDN'T want them, often back to back then, but almost never when i did want them and had trouble getting the items i wanted or needed.

This again ties back to the RNG problem, Looking at the images, having done multiple runs of the game, i have not been able to access most of the content, because of it, i found 2 low to medium corruption massage scenes, a few of the video scenes and the end sex/blow scenes. Thats it, nothing else when there were multiple other kinds of h scenes.I was honestly surprised to see JUST how many scene variations there are that i could not access due to bugs and RNG once i looked at the images.

Simply put, being able to choose or select which scene we want after helen is corrupt enough would greatly help the game.

One thing i am sure i did not mention is simply put, that accessing the scenes even with the bugs fixed would be a real hassle due to rng.

I have a few solutions to this, if you care to hear them.

1. The simplest is make them selectable after you access the scene the first time, say the rear massage. After your access it just once, you no longer need RNG to allow you to do it again. Whenever you talk to helen, the option is always there to do it again and progress it with corruption defining how it plays out and how lewd it gets.

2.Make it so after it happens the first time, the massage either front or back for example here is something helen will request if her tired stat is at a certain level or she needs to feel more normal or less scared. Likewise, if she is feeling aroused, she could also request it directly, only changing it up to something different if one choose so select a 'try something different' option.

If rng is still a factor you want, make it so if you choose what it is, with the roll being affected by helens corruption, it could be something as simple as her waning you to massage her other side, or up to blowing dash or sex.

Though that depends on weather or not you want her consequently having sex with dash to be something to only happen right before the ending.

Those are my thoughts Tropic, do you think they will help?

Its one of my biggest issues

Because of the RNG i got to corruption level 5 without with only one massage at level 1, and not only it breaks everything because both helen and dash act like it was "another" massage while it was first

Feedback from the supertrash build (nothing other people haven't said before me, but I'll corroborate):

- It's fun, but RNG is way too prevalent. I think both shops should either be available on a schedule (once or twice a week each), or have a specific location (behind the house?). RNG affecting their stock or the prices would be OK tho.

- Navigation system sucks. It's like 5 clicks on specific places of the screen to go to sleep. Implement a map (click on a place and you're there). Dices should also roll automatically every morning, it's not an useful interaction, just busywork.

- Stuff bought from the shop should instantly be available in the customize menu, having to go to inventory to place it is redundant.

- Don't get why you disabled the horizontal scroll to rewind that you can do on Renpy games. In the same vein, lemme have more saves.

All in all it's nice to see the Basement Build actually exists, and it has positives too. But flaws as well.

Well Tropic, i personally would prefer the second one myself and the way you described it and im glad you enjoy hearing my feed back.

If you choose to have corruption go up to 100 with sex being around 70 or higher, why not have it so the game starts with say corruption at 10, with that being baseline, normal helen.

Any events that cause corruption to increase, could at the lowest cause it to go up by intervals of 2. That way it only takes 5 corruption points to level up to next stage, not too few as so its easy to breeze through, but not too many as its a slog.

Also, selecting clothing is a hassle as you cant scroll down to choose them as you cant see them and some just vanish. Just saying that. Forgot to mention that.

I will have to agree with you on that point tropic. Fixed Rng and fixed cg events the game would be much improved. Only worry I have is that it might lead to situations where you are getting h scenes and cg's, that you don't want.

As it currently stands, it is difficult to figure out how to trigger massage scenes and not camera masturbation ones. It seems random at times which ones you get, which i grant is the nature of RNG, but that does not mean that it is not an issue.

I do understand corruption effects which scenes you get, that is fair and clear, what is not is when you get scenes you don't want. For example, progressing the massage scenes is difficult, as once helen reaches a corruption level, they stop occurring. Not even reaching the later ones.

Even with RNG and cg fixed and the buggy items and the like fixed, I would recommend that there be a way even a small one to be able to access the scenes you want to.

I understand that you feel that it would make the game more linear or a gallery thing, but still. Being unable to progress in the scenes you want or even access them is a noticeable issue.

I do agree that linearity is not something the game has ever had in mind, the earlier versions always had varying dialogue and scenes, making no 2 play toughs the same, which i always appreciated and found enjoyable.

But with actual sexual scenes now with dash and helen, it becomes a bit more tricky, as now it is difficult to get the ones you want. I know i am repeating this over and over but Its one of the most annoying things ive noticed.

Along with trying to get access to the shops when i actually NEED them.

One minor gripe it…Concerns the ending. Not the endings themselves, they are fine in their own weird ways, what i mean is that they just kind of…happen once helen reaches a certain corruption level.

They kind of stop you dead in your tracks and unless you reload, you have to go through them and reach the ending videos.

I am not sure what to say other than, maybe something could be done about it? Maybe make it optional like dash starts thinking what is said to himself and can you can choose to say not yet and instead get a different scene and continue on for a bit longer?

Im not sure, i think the issue is it shows up too soon when no matter the playthough there are still alot of scenes to find and plenty more interactions to be had.

That is all I have to say for now.

I agree with tropic on this one. I've played quite a few porn games that had an arbitrary mini-game shoved in there, and it is rarely a good thing. I'll admit, a few of them were actually enjoyable, but more often than not most of them were obviously shoe-horned in just to have something there. They didn't fit with what you were supposed to be doing, they were dull, and I couldn't keep my boner up through them.

Okay im going to try to address the reasons for there to be mini games and the reasons against them. The ups and downs of both.

On the for minigames side, I do agree that there does need to be more things to do in the house. In the current build, all we can really do is well…Look for drugs and such. Other than that, there is not much of anything to do.

All you can do is roll the dice of shenron and try to get either the shops, which I addressed why the RNG element with them is so annoying in my long posts above a few days back or roll the dice to try to get new scenes or interactions with helen.

That is it. So I can see why implementing mini games is something that seems like a decent idea, if only to give players something else to do while playing. If the mini game effects helen in someway, that would be better.

On the against side however, There are good reasons as well. First off, mini games can EASILY screw up a games flow. If they are not implemented right and its tricky to implement them right, they can be very annoying and you just want to get through them as fast as possible.

Take four elements, it has hunting/ fighting mini games and they get annoying fast. First time through a route they are not too bad, but you really have to grind them out just to continue the story of whichever route you are in.

Even though they do have a in game reason to exist, it does not mean that they are not annoying as for a while in either route the game currently as, when you start, you do crap damage and need to block and heal constantly until you reach higher levels of water or fire bending.

But back to this game, a mini game for this one could be say something that involves dash's superspeed. Maybe its something like that one scene in the beginning of the movie, where you put something on someones chair or flip up a girls skirt or something along those lines.

It could even involve helen, either way however this is just an example not an idea.

Witch trainer has the BIG issue of grinding. Anyone who has played it can tell you, you that to get to even the most basic sexual scenes, you need to do a ton of crap.

Even writing it out here would take up a huge amount of space, because that is how much stuff you need to do.

Granted they are not minigames, but my point still stands. Mini games can screw with a games flow and be very annoying when implemented wrong. Especially if they are made mandatory.

But not having them can mean you fall into a loop of doing the same thing over and over again and that can get dull quickly and get repetitive. Even with the good writing the game tends to have.

So about writing novels. PLS DON'T implement mechanic there you get more money if you write more pages in one week than writing the same amount of pages on two or more week (how it's done in witch trainer)

Also make that writing poems will consume(?) only one half of the day, so you have the other half to do exploration, talking and etc. I think it will help pacing (or how it's named in english i dont know)

While I do enjoy discussing the future of super mom and tropics games, which i hope there will be more of, i feel like at this moment we should all be focusing on addressing ways to improve the current version of the game we have.

I think I just missed half the game due to not seeing the shopkeeper and buying a camera in time. he didnt show up forever and by the time i saw him I had $800+. Only got the kiss, fingerbang helen through panties, and blowjob, i think it missed scenes because there was some art in the end slideshow that i hadnt seen yet. I think I got the message telling me I need a camera to go further 3-4 times.

Liked the basement build a lot. Hated the house layout (i.e. the amount of clicks performed in a core gameplay loop). Obviously a little light on the H, vendor +/- price RNG was a little interesting I suppose, and I especially liked the costume events. I would hope that you would be able to increase the amount of drugs given, not necessarily the potency, I just think it's one of the fun things in the game; you like drugging this character, so why not allow the player to engage in activities they enjoy more frequently?

I'm sure this on the right track, and I appreciate the upload.

So played the 4.1 version. Dash and Mom doors are to close to the screen edge. And it feels strange because there is a long trend to move important info, buttons and etc from the screen edge. Because of te tv safe space or whatever it's named.

Indeed, the gameplay loop is atrocious. And worst of all, all of the buttons you describe are all over the screen, so you have to constantly be flying with your cursor across the screen just to find where you're trying to go. Uncountable are the times I accidentally went to the laundry room or garage or living room when I didn't mean to.

And for what? The dialogue you get when talking to mom is garbage and chock full of continuity errors (talking about doing this thing "again" or "for the last time" when it's the first time I do it, for example), and the art… well, it's not awful. And after going through this for an hour what do you get? Terrible endings that are unnecessarily long and make no sense.

Everything about this game is bad. But I had fun playing it.

I don't really know what to say. It was definitely not 'hilarious' and even just saying that makes me think it's not worth talking to you since you must have a normalfag-tier mind, but even if it had been funny that doesn't matter: it was jarring and stupid. It was totally disconnected from everything that was going on in the world around it, essentially just the author going HURRRRR SO FUNNY AMIRITE.
