There are plenty of rule34 artists actually, and with bettter art quality, but know what makes Palcomix special? Really? I mean, if you look at the picture, it should be clear if you haven't been living under a rock or aren't trolling, no offense.
But to answer, it's Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin in Japanese, which only the first word is part of the file title in this one), a manga that was released almost 9 years ago (in less than a week) and still runs today. It was made into an anime that's currently in its third season with humanity on the verge of extinction from giant man-made enemies called "Titans" that eat humans. While the humans try to wipe the Titans out and reclaim land beyond the walls they sealed themselves in to protect themselves, with help from certain humans who can turn into Titans as well (some being bad as well).
A lot more to it than that, but I've given out enough and most of what I know based on the anime only (even though I missed a bit of the second season and not watched the third season which recently started).

There's a site called shentai.org and they have Magical Kamasutra e Peachy Party complete, but there's a download paywall:
