There is a problem with "Palcomix VIP 2015". Mega won't download it completeley and stops it. When I tranfer it to my Mega Cloud, the folder name changes into "Palcomix VIP 2015 incomplete". Did something go wrong when uploading it? Can you pack that one as a zip and upload it again? Thanks,

Well now I know why it isnt working if you try to download Palcomix 2015 VIP as zip archive: Some recources are temporarely not available. So Mega.co cant complete the zip file with alle the pics. Idk why there is such a problem. It possible to download the others files as zip withut that problem. Its only possible to download Palcomix 2015 choosing standard downlad option, without zip, but all files one by one. And if it some pics are not available, they are available later after some time.

I found the errors in the 2015 folder. Slavetoons has two September folders in the August folder that were probably deleted but are still there and YuriHaven has two pictures that might be corrupted (X-men Storm & Rogue in Feb 27 folder and Pumara & Chitara in May 15 folder). Other than those, the rest are fine and can be downloaded with no problems.

As an artist that has supported them through these years as well, I'll say what's wrong with them.
> Little to no improvement throughout the years

> Expressions look funny and derpy instead of sexy and seducing

The fact that the palcomix team thinks or believes that they can do this forever is kind of sad because sooner or later they are going to burnout, the people who are commissioning the comics are going to run out of money and/or the quality will drop. As time goes on things are only going to get worst for them maybe they should think about the future and what they are going to do if palcomix shuts down for good.

The thing about Palcomix/MU is that they're never doing any good…ever. In all my time here, I've never once heard anyone representing Palcomix/MU say that they are doing great or even good. It's always "low sales" this and "low subs" that. At some point, you just assume you're being fed a line.
And if things really are always that destitute, then do something else. R34 is free on the internet, it's parody crap that any half-decent artist can do. Brand recognition for the win.

The thing is, his biggest issue is that he does not know how to run a business. He does the same thing over and over again refusing to change. So when it doesn't seem to be working out he then whines about it and does some begging. If he keeps doing this of course it's gonna fail.
If he really wants to fix the issue and get more paying members he has to look at other alternatives. For example, rather than trying to hash out a bunch of rushed pictures with poor quality control. Why doesn't he make the members more involved in whats made, like voting, contests, and collaborations. Such a simple thing will make the vip membership far more appealing than just random crossover pics.
If you wanna survive in the business world, you have to evolve and adapt to what most appeals to the customer. Which means sometimes you just gotta make changes. And that is something he has down right refused to do for years.

Announcement - Reardeliveries is Coming to an End
It is my sad duty to inform all of our kind and loyal 'Reardeliveries' fans that the Reardeliveries site will be closed towards the end of 2016.
While we know there are some loyal members, sadly the numbers of visitors have not been enough to make the site profitable and viable, possible due to the fact that is a gay site on a network of mostly straight material.
To be honest, this site started as an experiment, an attempt to attract a different kind of public to the hentaikey network by offering something many others didn't, but sadly it didn't work. In addition, many of the fans who joined Hentaikey for 'reardeliveries' found little use for the many other sites of the HK network, as most of the others site didn't offer what rear did. And while the monthly fees of HK are more than worthwhile if you enjoy the many other sites on the network, if you're only getting the membership jsut for one site, it's clearly not worth it.
Again, we do apologise to the loyal fans of this site - we are grateful for your patronage, and we hope you enjoyed the site during its run, and that you'll enjoy the last few months of its run as well

Tell me if I'm crazy or not, but I came up with this idea and though I know it won't ever happen, maybe this could help solve Pal VIP's problems. So, to start off they completely close Yuri Haven, Slavetoon, and Reardeliveries. Then, every week Pal VIP gets four pictures per update, one of each category all four sites featured. Here's the formula:
1 straight pic featuring one guy and girl
1 yuri pic featuring two or more girls
1 yaoi pic featuring two or more guys
1 single-character pic of either gender (can be switched week-to-week, one guy or girl)
1 or 2 comic page update
Of course, they could mix it up from time to time, throwing in a bondage pic that Slavetoon was famous for, or something along those lines. Now, Pal would cut the price of membership dramatically, but at the same time with only a small number of pictures to work with per week, I'm sure the quality would improve and thus it could result in more membership subscriptions. Thus, it's an all-around win for everyone. What do you guys think? Am I going insane or do I make sense here?

Did you forget Last year BBMBBF said if someone posted innocence lost 3 he would cancel Little Tails which someone did and he hasn't and will not stop making Little Tails which shows how trustworthy he really is and why even make a promise like that in the first place if you weren't going to go through it? I think it's worth noting that he's already up to nearly 1 grand a month after what seems like only 2 days of it existing. Perhaps I'm wrong, but I don't think it'll be all too horrible for them from this point forward.
People are much more likely to throw money at a content provider when they know that said provider is getting that money directly and when the amount being paid is really at the whim of the person paying. When you force it to be a static price it can kill your income as a result because some people simply won't feel your work is worth it, and thus, they turn to alternatives.
In some markets, that's fine, because prices decrease with time and so the creator is paid in the end regardless so long as people wish to show support. In this instance, that's not been the case, until now at least. So I think with this change, even if people posted exclusives, it wouldn't really hurt them much if at all, because I think now it's paying more to support the work rather than for the minor bonus' that come along for the ride.
