Extensions are not enough to protect you against the browser Jew. You have to edit your about:config settings as well.
Github is a better resource for about:config settings, but privacytoolsio is the most in depth that I know of. Hell, they shill cloud services and Brave.

why do you use both uMatrix and uBlock?
what is Smart HTTPS and does it do anything that HTTPS everywhere and HTTPS by default don't?

>why do you use both uMatrix and uBlock?
cause uMatrix doesn't let you block individual 1st party files, and sometimes ads are included in those files, so uBlock is useful when uMatrix fails blocking ads.
>what is Smart HTTPS and does it do anything that HTTPS everywhere and HTTPS by default don't?
Because HTTPS everywhere works according to a list, and Smart HTTPS assumes that every website supports SSL, if not, it just falls back to regular HTTP.

1 - *Maone's NoScript
2 - Decentraleyes (there's a newest one, can't remember its name)
3 - uBlockOrigin (GOOD but overhyped if you have pihole on your LAN)
4 - *uMatrix (simplest than the one above)
5 - cookie autodelete
6 - *Secret Agent
* not strictly needed if you don't know the settings
Also, the time of installs matters, as the time of updating.
