The internet is drowning in AI botnet swarms designed to socially engineer individuals and groups. technological solutions such as reCaptcha, DDOs guards, and identity linkages are a constant (and losing) cat and mouse game that is continually handicapping and exposing the end user.
Hashchan takes a different approach, it uses economic constraints instead of technological constraints to solve spam, illegal content, ddos exposure instead. By nesting into ethereum event logs and leveraging hot linking we create a cryptographically secure, fault tolerant, ad free and local first imageboard experience that tapers the swarm by requiring each post pays gas on the chain of choice.
Posts can be infinitessimally cheap, such as on fantom network, where there is too many fractions of a penny to think about the cost, and ethereum, where a post can be a couple dollars. Think bants on fantom, and snowden/assange on mainnet.
