Blocking a twitter use that follows you kicks them off. Dragoneer says he won't implement it because it would be used for that purpose. Twitter also implemented disabling all comments on your individual tweets and the universe did not magically implode because, legally, it's not violating free speech unless you're a politician. I know Disabling comments is a thing but I fully expect Dragonrapeaneer and Toupedomal to undo that at the drop of a hat.
