Apparently, I have the insides of an 80 year old man at 40. Outside you'd never guess that. I've been having all kinds of weird health problems and it took FIVE different doctors to discover what the symptoms were from. Unfortunately, before that, I got put on an anti-depressant and benzo. Fuckers all said it was anxiety and depression. The later did mask the problems but I've been cutting down since I read a lot about them. I'll be free of that shit by the end of the year.

So now I have a endocrinologist but he's pretty worthless. Just all, 'so you want the gel? you want the gel?'. There's nothing wrong with my balls so from reading, it must be a problem in my brain.

I don't eat crap (FAR from it) or a lot. I sit too much because of work, but am going to change that. I really don't want to be dependent on some pharmaceutical, let alone for life. If I take this, supposedly I'll feel normal again but there's other risks. It's tempting because life is pretty shit now… mainly getting to sleep.

The Mayo clinic website says that you can't naturally increase testosterone levels… I don't believe that.

Please advise, as am at the end of my rope here.

I spent two years trying everything they list to increase T levels. Didn't work. At 40, you don't stand a chance.

>worthless. Just all, 'so you want the gel? you want the gel?'.

No, you don't want the gel. Get on subq injections. Gel is expensive, messy, and if you get it on your girl, she's gonna grow a beard bro. Plus, a lot of people aromatize heavily on gel and absorbtion is shit.

Injections are $50 for 3 months worth of T. You can use insulin needs, they are small and pretty much painless. I inject twice a week, no problems, I have T levels better than 99% of men. It's great. Use goodrx to get your meds.

Get your bloodwork from your doctor and find a new doc, preferably a men's clinic who will let you inject yourself. If fertility is an issue, ask about HCG, but it's a bit expensive.
