you don't get herpes on your pubis area, or at least not the strain you guys are talking about…dick and mouth herpes is different from the other types of herpes due to the type of skin it effects….cold sores are actually a strain of herpes, but is not dick herpes. they are different things….sure it's fun to fuck with this guy but it's also probably pretty fucking scary if you think you got that shit. lol.
if you're that concerned go to dr anon, they will be able to tell you easily, i'm fairly certain it's just some sort of agitated skin from your waistband or poor hygiene, it really doesn't look like a STD….

If I'm seeing the picture correct, I think its varicose veins. I have them on my leg. Cutting out fats helps, and don't do intense cardio exercises.
If you're using energy drinks a lot, that may also be causing them.

Me and my gf finally went to the doctor and said it was just a skin infection probably caused by too much sex with gf and not washing after(we usually fuck right before work or when we go to bed and just fall asleep)
best advice is to just go see a doctor bro, most likely theyll just laugh at u for being too paranoid, could just be a simple skin irritation
