Is it a great way to get sikkk leg gains/muscle tone while getting good cardio at the same time? Or is it a meme and running a better alternative?

Rename files to steroids.
It is a meme. It makes you prone to developing muscle imbalance. It's likely gonna fuck up your knees.
Either walk or sprint. Jogging is another meme.

Cycling is not good for sperm health. It's much safer to just walk or run or swim. You won't get hit by a car.

There are no benefits to jogging. It's just unnecessary wear and tear without actually giving you a good workout. I didn't say running is bad. I said if you're gonna run you should sprint.
What's wrong with being German? The largest part of white Americans has German ancestry.

If being more healthy means I'm lazy I'm fine with that. Jogging just ain't a healthy exercise. It doesn't make you stronger, it wears on your joints and tendons and too much cardio actually reduces the average lifespan.
It's fine if you like doing it yourself and maybe it shows you are diligent, but please don't try to encourage an unhealthy exercise just because of your personal preferences.

Maybe if you live on the coast. Most counties around me are still 95%+ white.

i used to cycle 3 days per week but have stopped for a period of time, about 2 months. a major problem that annoys me while cycling is street dogs, they come of nowhere and start chasing me and barking at me, if someone has faced the same issue and have ideas of how to deal with it, please share them.

Bread. Throw chunks of bread at dogs that chase you. Get some stale stuff from a bakery, or just buy a cheap loaf. Bake your own if you have to. Dog starts chasing you, pull bread out of fannypack and drop it. Dog will stop chasing you to eat the bread.

Its not as time efficient as running, but its slightly better on your joints.
The best option for cardio is swimming, as its a full body workout and easy on your joints.

track cycling and mountain biking/biking up fat hills is a good way to get some decent leg gains. I suggest also doing squats with a biking routine. Also stay hydrated and eat healthy.

It'd be interesting to see the city to rural breakdown of that map. At least in my state ~80-90%+ of nonwhites are in the 3-4 major cities.

Weird question here, but maybe you have some ideas:
I want to start doing my daily, strenuous, 140 heart beats per minute cardio, and stop living a life Scooby would disapprove of.
Now: my bike is too fast. I want to train my cardiovascular system, not shoot around the town endangering myself. It's also a cheap bike and would not benefit from speeding over bumpy roads. I want an intense cardio workout, but go slowly.
Any suggestions? Putting 20 dynamos would of course work, but that's very hard to engineer.

Get yourself a fat bike. These heavy unweildy sons of bitches are hard to get going and you dont need brakes because they stop moving completely if you are not pedaling.
Also the knobby tires are terrible on the road so they are slow as hell. I've been riding mine around the town and its definitely hard on me.
They can go places most bikes cannot like sand and snow but they arent getting you there fast.

Is there a type of tire that wouldn't break from being used half deflated?
That sounds like a fantastic solution for wasting energy.

The tires that come on these are usually meant to be run slightly deflated at a lower psi because it makes them able to traverse dirt and rocks easily. I only put them at the full 20psi if i want to cruise around the city they all ride fine at less.
