BTTF is my favorite comedy trilogy
I like the earlier collab between Zemeckis and Gale on Used Cars too. While it's not as great as BTTF, there's some hilarious (and politically incorrect) moments…and a sense that the production was driven by youthful exuberance.

These movies are entertaining, but I don't get why they're so loved. It's something about that typical 80's corniness that I despise.
The most commendable thing about them is obviously the art direction, otherwise I don't get the excessive praise.
