I believe it’s just no posts on the board, not from the BO, again they could have removed this but for a board to be open to claim it has to have 0 posts from any IP for a week and then it is automatically placed in the list of claimable boards. I was suggesting that we all not post for 7 days so the board would be considered abandoned and one of us could snag BO. But now that I think about that a single shitposter or spam post will reset that and will probably be bad for us anyways. Besides this site’s administration has been shit for a long time and there’s been talk a replacement site for years. I can try to send an email once a day to get BO and hopefully annoy someone enough to get a response, then hand over BO to Norway or someone else who wants it.
