Assuming this isn’t a meme.
The guy on the right is wearing some sort of reproduction smock. It’s blurred edge pattern, a German WWII camo pattern. It’s got a hood and shoulder boards which aren’t normal so I don’t know where to get the same one.
Not sure what the pattern is for the left guy’s pants but the belt should be a pretty standard one you could find at any army surplus store. His hat is some Muslim headdress, though I don’t know the name of it.
