And I wanna know if there are any big differences between the 4chan and 8chan edition of this board besides the much lower number of users and the fact that this place seems to be free if shitposts

It`s so slow we still have threads from back when the board was created 2 years ago, because of that there`s hardly any culture to the board sadly.
but we will overcome!

You don't get banned for expressing a value that's from "pol" (and there are many sides to pol). The problem with "keeping /pol/ in /pol/" is that people are cuddled into not thinking about their belifs. Image forums were always about having thick skin not being able to censor conservatives.
And we also have leftist posters as well as anarchist poster here outside of pol.
tl;dr there are less sjw mods.

Dude, there is nothing "constructive", "smart", or "interesting" about racism, or about supporting some US presidential candidate. 95% of /pol/ is dumb people shitposting. No smart person gets their beliefs challenged by naive opinions.
Keep /pol/ in /pol/.

>Dude, there is nothing "constructive", "smart", or "interesting" about racism.
It depends on what you mean by "racism", if you mean just repeating racial slur than i'd agree, but then there is also racial biology and identity which are interesting and contructive.
>95% of /pol/ is dumb people shitposting
It's full of shills and in-fighting for a reason.
>No smart person gets their beliefs challenged by naive opinions.
Yes, clearly discussion there is difficult because everyone is fighting so much, but it's the themes that interesting, such as the metaton cube or racial science.
The problem with keeping /pol/ in /pol/ is that you're censoring a group of people, that's why 8chan was made, to get away from that mentality. Racial slurs were always here, what makes leftists so special that they can silence a censored group. Just ignore it or post >>>/pol/ could imagine if black posters got triggered every time someone said something.
