For both of these ideas, you should focus a lot on the sense of touch. Not just texture but also heat, moisture, pliancy, and the general sense of space. There's a difference between "played with his balls" and "slathered every tender wrinkle in a glistening river of warm bubbling spit". Know your partner's anatomy in the literal and biblical sense to really make them feel appreciated - especially if they have specific anatomical traits to make them stand out (apart from size, this can include the quality and color of skin, the presence of vascularization, volume and weight, smell, etc). And you can always mix it up if you're ambidextrous, playing with other parts of the body while the mouth gets to work.
And if you're on the receiving end, react with your whole body as well and remember that you usually have a lot of freedom to move otherwise. You can guide them in this fashion by describing heat, tingling, and twitching from parts that have not been tended to yet. Or just use good old fashioned verbal communication to order or encourage them along.
In short it's actually about a loop of give-and-take rather than any one crazy trick. Understand what your partner focuses on and how you might direct their attention in an appealing manner.

Bad ends in ERP are just like bad ends in any other medium, irreversible/inescapable consequences for one or both characters that brings their journey to a stop.
I guess one difference is that it can be either the theme/premise of a scene or the ending of one; as long as it's framed as the 'end of the line' for the victim you can absolutely cut to the chase and just play out the events after they're captured/enslaved/brainwashed/whatever it's still technically bad end play. To me at least.

There are many forms of offline roleplay, and some people genuinely do have a fun time with it.
Tabletop RPGs are considered fun by some people. You sit around a table and roleplay mostly by talking and using your voice. You could do this and not physically have sex.
BDSM often contains roleplay. People there roleplay not only with their voice, but do physical actions to match. One example would be pupplay, where one person would pretend to be a dog (with some level of abstraction) and the other the dog's owner. Normally, you'd have physical sex along with the roleplay. Another example would be roleplay between a sadist and masochist. Perhaps the sadist roleplays being a police officer, to provide roleplayed context to beating up his sub. While he's not a police officer, the beatings and sex are real.
