Different anon, but I'm gonna throw my own two cents into this and say the problem has nothing to do with body shapes, and more just the fact that /ss/ profiles using eigaka's art are dime-a-dozen. Hell, I've personally seen at least five profiles that use the exact same art as you.

Not saying you shouldn't go through with it, though. Just letting you know you're breaking into a very high-supply market, so you're gonna need some good hooks to get people's attention. Which you're kinda part of the way there; I've seen only one of them do the whole alchemy-and-potion spin, and as far as I know, they've been long gone.

I know I've posted in a few other threads, so I am hoping I'm not just going in and bothering everyone, But I think I've finalized the character. I know the concept is really too broad, and the main piece of advice from someone here, who is very talented, was that I should probably use it more as a setting, and generate a few characters based AROUND that, instead of all as this one character. Either way, this is the general theme, and character.

Simple suggestion but important note to take into consideration.

I see a lot of characters that want to be one way or another, in your case refined and elegant. But your fetish is to destroy that image or degrade it. You have to then create a back story that enables that fetish to take place with a modicum of realism.

If you don't give the character a background that solidifies her refined elegance than everyone in the fantasy and you and your partner in the role play are going to see her for what she is a dirty sleezy whore, as transparent as can be.

Perhaps it's her stature, where she is from, or who she knows/how she was raised. Validate her personality/attitude. You can be really inventive and paint with broad strokes not exactly having to detail every aspect of it.

Because it seems to me what you're into is a sort of irony, the pleasure of duality and inner conflict. The same sort of lust that makes straight guy want to suck a fat cock to his hopeless bewilderment.

I've pretty much crafted all my characters with a guilty inner conflict and that's the small aspect I get the most out of them from.

I think I might go with a runaway noblewoman's housemaid/slave, come to put on airs and act the party she learned by watching- but I'm still reluctant to pin it down and canonize anything. I'll sleep on it.

But I was imaging her being either treated as a tribal princess to her people which enabled her to have very high stature and act with grace and elegance. which might be an odd concept for orcs but whose to say how exactly they worship their princess?

Perhaps she was raised to be a sort of entourage/secret guard to a royal or noble that they wanted to keep completely out of reach to men's hands. I've been in the mood to make a shota/teenage character where or what are some good images to use? This is always the problem I have with trying to make a young male is finding a good series of images to mess around with.

I've found a lot of shota characters seem to always be on the submissive side, so I'd like to go for something more aggressive/dominate.

Got the idea in my head to make a fantasy-esque priest recently, was wondering which direction would be more interesting for him:

1. Sex is a regular part of priesthood duties, for whatever excuse (fertility god, casual sex world, etc). It's far from the most unique of ideas, but it gets the job done. And I haven't seen it be applied to a straight(ish) guy, yet.

2. Sex, and any romantic relationships, really, are banned for the clergy. But he intentionally tries to get together with people anyway, taking extra pleasure in breaking his vows, or finding loopholes to them. It's a little more story-focused, in my opinion, but I already have a preference for story-over-smut, so it's not a huge problem.

Yeah, I wouldn't expect all of them to appeal, they were just general ideas for possibilities that seemed like they had a lot of plot potential since you seemed to want story stuff.

So I'm looking for something fresh thematically. My first really successful character on f-list was a single father finally getting back into the dating scene years after his wife passed away during child birth. The second was a paladin going through a crisis of faith after seeing so much evil in the world during his first few adventures. The third and most recent was a teen prince who was completely unprepared for his father's untimely death, ascending to the throne without really knowing what he's up to.

I'm looking for inspiration basically. I'm open to a wide variety of themes and settings of course, but my taste in characters I want to play is pretty narrow. I tend to not wanna play "alpha" types or especially muscular characters. I also don't like playing the ugly bastard types.

The big problem is that good quality art for those sorts of characters is difficult to find. Most western art tends to lean really hard into hyper masculine garbage and eastern stuff tends to be way too dainty and "generic anime protagonist" for me. It's especially hard to find stuff that has a consistent look for a character without dipping into canon face claims which I'd like to avoid if the source material is too popular.

So hit me with your best shot, /erp/. I have a few ideas of my own, but I'm curious what y'all have to say in terms of suggestions about this all.

Hm… Well one idea I had abandoned (more or less) after making the character is a demon king who got bored with violence and debauchery. Enough to feel like something is missing in his life… So now he seeks something different to get fulfillment in his long life. Perhaps you can make it where I couldn't.

Idea two is maybe play a man who is so focused on working that he doesn't realize the sheer amount of stress he is putting on himself. Not to mention he's abandoned more or less anything fun in pursuit of his career. Maybe even lost his girlfriend over it which had pushed him even more into his job. With all his unrelieved stress he ends up with separate personality that is wild and fun, perhaps too much so. Hrm… Maybe not such a good idea for a ERP character… But who knows.

Idea three! Perhaps play as a guy who developed a fear of women after being raised in a shitty environment. After moving away from his terrible family, he starts trying to overcome his fear of women. This is definitely something more for long term, but might lead to something interesting.

Just some ideas that I just made up on the spot (except that first one). So how good they are I can't say, but I hope they in turn give you ideas of your own. Do with them as you (or anyone else reading this) will.

Not even a profile yet. Just the first needless hurdle. Those of you who've used languages that stray way out from english, how do you handle the havoc this plays with profiles? I'm attempting to use google translate hebrew and shrinking it down to fit the profile template alone is breaking just about everything

I'm not into shota but I can tell you without even opening your profile: change that name. That's a very unappealing name when you have things like Brat, Dart, Precocious, stuff that would be fitting, more succinct, and indicative of at least a little creativity. Those are just examples off the top of my head since I don't think they'd apply to Tails specifically/they're already taken, but you get the point.

Second, change that icon. The art itself is fine, but round the corners. Make it a circle, add a border, something. If you have a decent aesthetic profile, people will put up with a lot more shit than you would expect. I can't tell you how many people I see with full guestbooks with well designed profiles that can't write for shit.

Third, try and be a little more interesting/subtle in your character writing. And you have to actually include character writing to begin with, because I'm sure there are a good amount of Tails running around on f-list trying to fuck older women. You have to set yourself apart somehow, and your actual profile text isn't doing you any favors. The customs are alright, but you should redo them once you find a good take on how Tails acts and talks.

This part is very important, and why I think a lot of people on F-List are mentally ill. For example, don't want to play with males or females? Just put them in no, don't go on a tangent about how you find x percentage of males/females boring and other things.

Somewhat self-explanatory. You'd be surprised about how many players mention they have a mental illness, have tried to commit suicide, or even mention imply that they have been raped. As for the kinks, to be honest I'm actually pretty vanilla in that department.

I love a good foreplay scene, kissing, petting, cuddling but I like to throw in some unrealistic things as well like some light cum inflation, stomach/throat bulging.

Given what this character might get into things like tentacles and aliens are on the list as well, monsters possibly as well.

One thing I would like to do with her is that out of the sack she's a take charge kind of woman, but utterly enjoys being dominated in the bedroom.

Pined down in a mating press, being put in a full nelson, bent over, hair pulled, ass slapped that sort of stuff.

So I decided to make a succubus character, something I've never done and with some art I bought a couple of years ago. I'm mostly happy with the profile but I can;t help but think there's something missing on it.

I recommend looking up tutorials on Youtube on how to remove backgrounds from images in Gimp. You'll want to watch the videos where they use the pen tool to do it.

After you've learned how to remove backgrounds, you're really just limited to your imagination and how much time you want to put into making an inline. You could stitch multiple images together into some kind of collage or just put an image with some text, like I said, it's up to you. Of course, you could even forget all of that and just place an image in the bio.

Off the top of my head, I have two suggestions.

1. An inline. Those always help.

2. Add some customs related to the wacky paranormal things that you're looking for and how they could be applied to lewd. If it helps, your profile comes off as pretty wholesome, so maybe design the customs with that in mind. Here are some examples:

>Growth / Shrinking: Renny always wanted to meet the 50 ft woman or see what it's like to be the size of a mouse.

1. What the other Anon said about your customs, even if you just fill it in with a blank space (Unicode Sort Test has a handful to choose from) "No description set yet" can make your profile look unfinished.

2. The inline placement depends on what it looks like. For most huge ones I would just put it above or below the name, I would consider doing an image split by the quote box (or for a smaller one just put it outright in the quote, above the text)

3. Speaking of the name, it's a nitpick, but I would recommend extending the unicode lines on top and below, it looks weird with the name spilling out, but it's so minor it doesn't really matter

4. Consider adding some linebreaks to your background paragraph, it's not THAT big so you can get away with it but in general unformatted lumps of text aren't very nice to read

How's this for a first profile? Is the lack of views/bookmarks just a consequence of my fetish being niche, or is there something deeply wrong with it or me? I've left the profile unchanged for the last few months after losing motivation to visit f-list, so it's still something of a work in progress despite the age.

Some ideas after skimming the board:

>polish the prose (e.g. repeated use of tomboy makes it sound like she's a stereotype)

>round out the character portrait/icon

>replace the character art with an artist's (despite a dearth of suitable art)

>remove any possible cringe (i.e. the joke in the dislikes list)

This has actually given me the idea to separate out the race details and setting lore into their own profiles, although I'm not sure how best to organize the lot; I prefer to make small, independent settings that leave room for development instead of trying to cram everything into one world, so I'll either end up with profile spam or a singularly enormous one. Is this a bad idea in general? I've seen profiles for settings, so I assume it's not unheard of to do so.

I can't help you with the setting thing because I have limited experience with world-building F-List, but for chat I can tell you to just bee yourself :)

And by that I mean don't worry about your character being niche because most sane people into sizeplay know the associated room is a malignant cesspit and avoid it. Just join rooms relevant to your general kink/setting interests, maybe consider laidback game-type rooms like "Fuck, Marry Kill," and the visibility will help people find you. I'd particularly emphasize that (while it varies person to person) you don't HAVE to be sexually compatible for bantz.

I'll also warn that as an OC you might have to be your own advocate and initiate contact. If nobody worth your time is giving an opening or there's no active conversation that you can join in on, make one yourself, but if it's IC at least try to be purposeful. /me flops or /me rolls around is pointless faggotry that doesn't make anyone able nor willing to interact with you, but having a proper/mini 'open starter' for people to respond to can help. Don't force it if nobody is biting though, obviously.

And for ads, the only advice I can really give regardless of how many rooms you post it in is 'be clear about what you want.' Not too hyper-specific, there's a balance, but to steal a sloppy and more sex-driven example I made in QTDDTOT a little while ago, "Bubble-butt femboy looking for fun!" is considerably worse than, say, "Bubble-butt femboy looking for humanoids for orientation play in a high fantasy setting!".
