I've been touching this up to look more like the real Ebola-chan and not like the Yandere Simulator seifuku Ebola-chan. All I have left to do is the front body, arms, and legs. I'm not sure what to do with her legs though. I was thinking no panties because it'd be difficult to get it just right: where nothing shows past the nurse outfit, but it's there if you look up underneath. Not sure about footwear though. Any suggestions? Also should I keep her mouth closed or open it? If I keep her mouth closed, should I add a fang anyway?
Here are my changes so far:
The main hair color is the one in the original drawing
The hair now has highlights in the front, same color as original drawing
Her eyes are closer to the original instead of the minimalist generic paperdoll eyes
The bat wangs are the same color and shape as the original drawing
Seifuku is gone
Her hat's blood drop has more detail now
Planned:
Her body will be the original nurse outfit, obviously
If anybody links to or posts the high res symbol I'll remove the one on the hat and use that instead I just don't feel like going digging for it on my external drive
I might work on the hair tendrils also, because why not?

It's not terribly difficult to use the old ones. The new ones are just modified from the old ones. The skin color is still pure white, you could easily line up the old eyes in Paint, no problem. I'm leaning towards kneesocks and pink shimapan, but I'll also upload nopan just to get it up faster.
As for updates, I haven't had time to work on it much since then. I finished the hat at least.
