I don't think Ebola will ever be eliminated. Ebola managed to return in that nurse months after she was declared to be cured. If it happened to her I suspect we'll see a lot more of it in Africa. Plus, Ebola can live for months in the body and still be spread like a STD.
In the unlikely event that Ebola-Chan is truly contained, she'll just return. All it takes is one retarded Ebola-American eating a monkey to start a brand new outbreak.
