My first idea so far is Ebola-ball. Simply smashing the shit out of Zmapp tobacco plants with Ebola-chan's skull, using purple wangs to hit high shots in a 3D pong + breakout mash-up.
Second idea is a comfy game where you raise Ebola-chan, just a little desktop app where you feed her, play, bond, help her organize her skulls, power her up with faith, fight off PENIS-KUN, etc. Could add connectivity after the jam to have lolifights or something.

I like Ebola-chan raising sim. Alternatively, a vertical Ebola-chan helicopter game, or maybe an STG, where she slowly grows wangs and takes flight, from the depths of hell, eventually reaching the surface, then outer space and the heavens. An STG could feature a boss fight with Zmapp in space though.

Failing any game you play with her causes a certain number of infected individuals to be cured, slowing your progress and potentially leading to a game over if the spread of Ebola is halted completely.
Good end is triggered by killing off the entire human population of the world (at which point, based on whether you've completed some sort of bonus objective or not, you'll either be the last victim and spend your last moments in Ebola-chan's embrace, or it will be revealed that you've developed an immunity and can live out the rest of your days with her.
