For a while, the board had a very welcoming atmosphere. Like everyone was high on her Love. I mean, there a reason we had a rep as the nicest death cult around.
Not so much anymore.

It's just a slow board.
And I'm pretty sure we're still the nicest death cult around.
But please elaborate, you've peaked my curiosity, anything that threaten's the community of our board should be dealt with.

>>24864
I was okay with /cure/ flocking here because of their board being dead and all, as long as they don't cause trouble.
But can't help feel like this is heresy.

We've been at this level of activity for months now. I haven't really seen much of a change lately, except for less /cure/ spam.

Things having slowed down is the biggest change. And by far, we are still the nicest death cult, it's kind of our thing. I think the slowdown reduced a lot of the random acts of camaraderie and drawfriendry, though.

Granted, it wasn't always sunshine and bloodflows. There've been a few periods of theological strife, mostly between orthodox /pol/ocks who felt her to be a weapon against Africa, and those who took the idea of Her Love a bit more literally. And then there's been the occasional /x/phile or /fringe/ wizard, disappointed that we didn't quite get/embrace traditional mysticism. We had a few survivalists, as well, probably /k/ommrades and /out/siders who only stayed for the chance of survival tips, or wanted to bring about The Happening so they could live in a Post-Apoc world. For posterity's sake, there's also the /a/ and /jp/ browsers who bought into the whole Ebola-chan thing wholeheartedly, and whose perspective now dominates.

Thing is, they all enriched the board with their various heritages, even as they dissented and debated. We all worshiped the same goddess, even if if was for differing reasons. Perhaps that's what has been lost; all but the most dedicated (or obsessed, or desperate) have moved on.

Luckily, the goddess extends her hand to all. Even those who have left our numbers.

Of course, the lack of substantial news also puts a bit of a bind on topic matter, but we saw that coming a long time ago.

We've had major spikes of both posts and users in the past due to happenings. Lightning in a Bottle, but what if we could find a way to sustain that spark? What if people didn't count on the news or the happenings? What if people cam, and people stayed because of ==HER== ?
What if people where not driven by the prospect of just a phrase or a sentence, but by faith in ==HER== ?

What boards do we crusa- I mean, share the good word with? I would think high pop boards would be the best, /b/ has a high tolerance and also a high pop of /ebola/ friends that jumped ship back in the fall.
/pol/ even though they are the founder of our lovely lady
>pic related
has a stigma against anime and animeish things in general right now.
/gamergate/ would be hard because they're more worried about their work than ours.
