A unified human culture, one where there are myriads of traditions, subcultures and individual expressions will be vastly more fulfilling and meaningful than any current culture. This isn't a globalism in a modern neoliberal sense. It's a realization of the fullest potential of every member of our species. No more slaves. It's also not a destruction of the valuable and morally good elements of current cultures. We can still have and appreciate classical European art, East Asian martial arts and African folk music in a world where we all identify as human first.

I'm playing the long game here so I don't think your argument applies. First humans were isolated family groups barely capable of foraging for food. Then we realized we could accomplish more by forming tribes of many family groups and gathering/hunting food together. It was hard, and it took thousands of years for us to learn how to work better together but we did because it was more efficient and we could accomplish more. Then, those same tribes learned to federate into states for much the same reason. We are within a few centuries of modern states coalescing into a few or even one global government should the economy not completely collapse into pre-industrial conditions (which is a possibility.) Assuming the state exists then, it too will disintegrate one day as it is compatible with true liberty and humans can accomplish more in a state of liberty than in a state of oppression. For the same reasons evolution pushed us towards the state it will pull us away from it. The trend of history is very clear, black, white, yellow or whatever identity of oppression people cling to will vanish. I acknowledge cultural clash. Instead of taking a fatalistic approach to it and giving into the idea that we're different enough to warrant fighting one another for all eternity/living in paranoid isolationism (which isn't scientifically valid) I take a more realistic approach and work with the historical trend.

Moral relativism ironically is most powerful in tribalism, because the way people view and treat each other is based solely on how "close" you are with them.

Every single time, millennials will always put their ego first. They literally cannot do a single thing without doing so. They ran so hard from their boomer parents, they became them on crack and steroids, and it's gonna be hilarious when zoomers de-millennialize the West by 2028 and all millennials can do is cope and seethe as the remaining boomers laugh at them to the grave.
