I think you can wear comfy shit and still look good. Why I don't like light colors (except that I'm myself light as fuck and I take it as advantage to build contrast) is because everything gets dirty very quickly (and that neon green combined with blue? G.R.O.S.S.). Yes, no one cares, especially if it's your "utility clothing" but I care and I don't like stains on my clothes, even on those I wear to garden. Clothes only should look utilitarian, no matter how fucking uncomfortable they are, that's how you reach levels of max pretentiousness. Me. On the one hand, I know and understand why capitalism can be very hard on the working class. People being overworked and payed minimum wage is absolutely ridiculous. But on the other hand, I just don't think any other system CAN work. I mean, you got quote on quote "socialist" countries like Canada, but those aren't any better than the US. Sure, they get free health care, but their hospitals are shit. It can take up to a whole MONTH to see the doctor! On top of that, the taxes are way too high! But the thing I hate most about countries like Canada is how outright authoritarian their governments get sometimes. In Canada, you can get arrested for owning loli hentai, and on the UK, people have gotten arrested for posting memes on facebook. Which brings me back to my original point. I just don't know what the correct move is here! We're stuck in this loophole where I know letting companies running around loosely can be devastating for the workers, but I also know that giving any government too much power will lead to totalitarianism. I don't think there's any solution to this problem, other than hoping that some brilliant mind will come up with the perfect ideology some time in the future.

The problem with this is that it works in the economical area, for material goods, or more generaly for what can be redistributed. If all human matters could be reduced to economy, then yes, socialism would be the best system.
But that logic does not aplly in the cultural or bioethical area.
