A DISCUSSION ON THE 2 OUTLIER PICS (CH3 & LISAMI6) WHICH UP UNTIL RECENTLY WERE CONSIDERED TAKEN AT THE SAME TIME AS THE LONDON2847/ROT/CH1&2 PICS

The one marker in both of these two pictures which makes them outliers is the presence or absence of wheelie bins (trash cans) in contradiction with all of the other Q pics of the two locations.

LISAMI6: Our best open-source pic match between LISA and the ROT/2847 pics is the MILLBANK BUILDING light pattern in LMI6 is four Getty images taken at sunset on Christmas Day 2013.

LISA has a tenuous picture match with LONDON2847 and ROT1/2 using that same MILLBANK BLDG lights marker. In extreme close-ups of the ROT & 2847 pics, one can make out a very grainy building light pattern in each which, although weak image matches, there is nothing in the images that is in contradiction with the building light pattern seen in LISA.

How do we explain that LISA has the same building lights but lacks the trash bins seen in the other Embankment pics? One possibility, IF one accepts the grainy building lights in the Embankmemt pics are a match with LISA, is that LISA could have been taken on a different evening. Here’s why: The MILLBANK BLDG could have been for the most part unoccupied for a 36-48 hour period between sunset on Christmas Eve until dawn on day after Christmas. And as Boxing Day occurs on 26DEC, it may be that people did not return to work until the 27th but not all persons may get Boxing Day off. It is a business building after all and there might be some who need to go in to work.

The CH3 Q pic. All of the other ROT3 and CH1/2 pics are matched for a certain wheely bin right next to some public waste bins on the corner near the bike hire stand. THAT bin is NOT seen to the right of those public bins in CH3. MOST IMPORTANT: If CH3 was takem the same evening, then this would seem to show some weird quick change in which that wheely bin next to the public bins on the corner disappears for the moment when the extra 4 trash bins are seen in CH3 but then reappears for a dawn pic in CH1 in which those extra bins next to HORSE GUARDS are gone again. If one assumes the CH1 pic to be a DAWN pic. Are we seeing bins in CH3 appear in the evening and disappear before a dawn CH1 pic like a cuckoo clock? CH3 may have been taken on a different eveming. CH3 has none of the people in the other CH pics. IF TRUE, then WHAT has been captured in the frame of CH3 that is so important? One explanation might be CH1 being a dusk photo, perhaps showing people heading out for the evening. This might eliminate the weird quick change scenario but it would still catch one’s attemtion that the wheely bin seen sandwiched between the public trash bins and a pole at the corner has disappeared as some 4 or so bins appear in CH3.

Here’s another mystery. Even if we accept that the extra 4 or so bins in CH3 were put out later that night, it implies a passage of time needed to wheel them out. None if the persons in the ROT3/CH series are in the CH3 picture, which begs that question again: why was that pic taken? Some guy in a red jacket with hood with his back to the camera and some other person with a red hat of some sort. Are the bins with a light on at the portico from the Horse Guards Hotel important? If so, they come from a different hotel, HORSE GUARDS.

Going back to LISA, the bins are not out at the kerb. For unaccustomed eyes, not familiar with the London pics, if one calls the tree in front of the HISPANIOLA entrance as the first tree, then the car with brake lights on kerbed in front of TATTERSHALL CASTLE in LISA would be at the third tree. All of the other Trafcam pics show trash bins out next to that third tree. The LISA pic either 1) shows the scene a sufficient period of time (before trash bins were put out) to not be part of that series, or 2) is taken on a different evening. Imho, if LISA and CH3 were from a different evening, I still believe they are still within the above-mentioned 36-48 hour window.

What does it mean? Don’t know. Future will have to prove past for this one.

An after note: observe the bin on the corner in ROT3/CH1/CH2 appears sandwiched between the public trash bins and a lamp pole. In CH3 this bin is either no longer there or possibly on the other side of the pole in the foreground in front of the extra bins in the background. This indicates some time has passed or it is a different evening in CH3.

See a white circular outline of a ferris wheel kind of ride when you look through the coaster? Also, there is a double-decker carousel to the left in the Q pic which matches the Q pic. So 2013 WINTER WONDERLAND.

Nevermind that star mentioned in that 2013 map. Was a dig I did to show time of pic during Christmas week would have been around 9:15pm to 9:40pm. The map shows the Giant Observation Wheel is right in line with a view from where the Q pic was taken at WW. Moar?
