The basic strategy is to use Corrupt and Sensory Link, and then turn on Xes Generation (if it isn't already). If it's impossible for me to do anything but moan and squirm, then with my enemy feeling double that Corrupt should be able to mindbreak them quickly. Even if they somehow resist (or have allies), my autonomous suit will still be able to fight and defend itself, and link the others as well. Unearthly Chorus/Crescendo further amplifies the effect.
With 4 Spell Weaving magic weapons (multi wielded) and the hybrid magical/dark magical dress, I have a total cost reduction of -6 and a maximum pool of 140. I'm assuming cost reduction applies to all forms of cost (so on cast, as well as per minute/per second costs). As a result, only Planeswalk and Clone will cost more than 1 Xes to cast or maintain. With Mid-Generation level 6 and Twin cast (and clones), I can easily overwhelm any foe with Eldritch Bolt Barrages and counterspell-redirects.
My main weakness is primarily non-magical attackers. While Crystallize/Hardenx5 renders me extremely tough, Vampiric bolts let me heal, flight/teleport/clairvoyance makes me moderately hard to hit and near endless clones make me even harder to focus, I'm still not invincible by any means. Assuming the enemy does not cast their physical enhancement spells mid-combat (in which case I can redirect them to myself), I still have something of a disadvantage here if they can somehow avoid my Corruption attack.
My Sentient suit is suit is loyal and obedient and shares my own general morality. In a fight, she can be expected to perform more-or-less the same sort of actions I would and follow any orders I'm capable of giving. She is somewhat protective however, and won't allow me to self-destruct either through pleasure or combat, at least not without very good reason. Twin cast also notably allows me to cast spells on my own without wearing the suit and it taking over
Mutagenic worms focus on optimizing the sexual functions (giving and receiving) of the body parts they affect, without compromising the external appearance or non-sexual functions. For example, the mouth worms might give me internal tentacles, muscles, ridges, nubs, an elongated prehensile tongue, no gag reflex and the ability to dislocate my jaw and take almost any insertion, all of which might be visible if I open my mouth and someone looks down my throat, but they won't change my lips into a pussy, take away my teeth or impair my ability to eat, taste or speak.

The problem with anything explosion-related is that it can damage you too. If you can survive it, it's a pretty safe bet your enemy can too, so explosions are only good at long range. If the enemy gets close you are basically powerless unless you want to suicide, and there's no guarantee you'll even take them with you.

Going by MTG rules, Counterspell works like this:
1. Your first spell goes on the stack
2. opponent Counterspell targets that spell
3. Your counterspell targets their counterspell
4. their counterspell targets your counterspell targetting their counterspell
5. Your counterpsell targets their counterspell targets your counterspell targetting their counterspell
Once the final spell is cast and combat is allowed to move forward, each spell resolves in reverse order. Whoever cast the final counter (5) successfully prevents the prior spell (4), because 4 is blocked, 3 successfully counters 2, and because 2 is blocked 1 is successfully cast. Had the opponent gone one step further, 6 would block 5, 4 would block 3, and 2 would block 1, preventing the original spell.
Disable, Copy, or Redirect can't actually apply until the counter-spell itself is applied. Therefor they don't prevent the opponent from counter-countering you. They do however effectively shut down the opponent who loses the trade. Basically whichever person has fewer counterspells automatically loses the fight. Their counterspell is disabled for 20 seconds even if they have energy left, which means that the opponent can now cast an "I win" spell such as Sensory Link unimpeded. I specify Sensory Link, because you can dodge or block or just tough out other spells even without being able to counter them, but there is effectively no defense against non-projectiles that don't do direct physical damage.
This would probably look something like pic related. I'm sure there are plenty of Magical Girl examples if you know where to look.
Alternatively, if MTG rules are too fucky for real-time, what you could instead use are DND rules. Counterspell is a "readied action", which effectively means that in order to counter a spell, you have to skip your own turn and wait to respond to theirs instead. This means it's impossible in 1v1 to counter a counterspell, but casting a non-counter spell is suicide because it virtually gurantees your opponent can disable and/or reflect that spell. Combat becomes a mexican standoff, with whoever makes the first move automatically losing.
When you consider the possibility of physical combat it becomes rock-paper-scissors. If I ready a counter and she casts a spell, I win, if I ready and she readies we tie, if I ready and she just shoots me I lose. If you manage to cast a clone spell at any point though it's basically a guaranteed win since the clone can counter while you cast or vice versa.

So basically, you need clairvoyance, counterspell with disable, at least 5 xes cost reduction and post-use with all pool upgrades to outlast counterspell duels, clone, fyre spirit and twin cast to overwhelm your opponent's counterspells per minute, physical attack/defense to maintain pressure during standoffs, sensory link, corrupt, tier6, and constant stimulation as a win button, and autopilot with reincarnation or revival to disengage from your opponent's sensory link corrupt lock.

I guess Mystic Horns and Xes Spirit count as "pool upgrades" in a general sense.
Whether post-use or mid-use is preferable depends mainly on how long it takes to cast ~100 counterspells. In the MTG mode that might be instantanious (in qhich case Post is the clear winner), or it might be more gradual under a "beam tug of war" type battle, in which case it's possible that you might out-regen the opponent. In DND rules I think it's far more likely that Mid-use pulls out ahead, especially if fights are likely to devolve into standoffs or melee beatdowns.
Keep in mind that the physical enhancement spells are counter-able. If you are able to cast a spell it should either be your win button or at least another clone, so those spells are redundant. Crystallize armor is good because it's always on, assuming your opponent can't exploit it to drain your pool first. For physical attack you would want the suit enhancements instead, Melee/ranged weapons, that sort of thing. They might not be particularly powerful without strength or agility enhancements, but they aren't your main option.
One more thing, keep in mind that not all combat encounters are necessarily going to be against other magical girls. You might at times have to fight something that doesn't cast spells, isn't human (or human-like) doesn't feel or respond to pleasure, and can't be enslaved. Just make sure your build covers those sorts of off-meta encounters, they should be pretty easy as long as you don't leave yourself completely open.

Here's an approach which could boost combat capacity and survivability.

< Generate Xes with true body
< Keep the Xes Spirit with true body to boost pool
Xes spirit range is no longer a problem since your true body won't be going anywhere or doing much.
Assuming there's no range to clones you could hide in a completely different plane while the Clone fights unimpeded. Every time a clone fails, send in another and it turns into a war of attrition.

Clones can cast any spells you can, so yes they can cast summon clone. The sustain cost still comes off your Xes pool though.
Your mistake however is expecting that you get to choose the terms of engagement. What happens when the enemy comes to you and finds your helpless bondaged body? Yes the ideal engagement is to send in clones and never even get near the fight yourself, but you have to plan for the worst-case scenario, which is to be caught off-guard with no spells beyond whatever you keep up 24/7 pre-cast.

That depends. If you allow them to disable your counterspell you are fucked. Now they can cast anything they like and you can't counter it. As a result if you get into a counterspell loop you MUST win the last counterspell or you die (or worse). Going physical before they have a chance to start countering you is valid, especially if you can survive whichever spell they open with and save your counterspell dueling for when they cast something you can't handle.

It costs UP TO 9, since the cost goes up 1 for each upgrade (this is true of all spells, people don't read the section header). However you could also reduce that cost to 1 with various cost-reduction methods. Disable-spell is part of counterspell, so you can't disable something until you are able to successfully counter it. If they counter or otherwise stop your counterspell it doesn't happen, so the disable doesn't happen and you don't get to disable theirs unless you win the loop.

You're getting better, but still not there yet. A regular gun certainly wouldn't kill you, even if you didn't take any armor upgrades. The Parasite Suit protects you and takes all the damage for you if you are wearing it. How much it can take varies. We don't know anything about your potential opponents (regular magical girls, abyssal girls, sometimes other void girls with different powers or completely unknown monsters), but we can assume they have access to at least equivalent stuff to what you have. You have the option to take an Armored suit, which can withstand a rediculous amount of damage as is, and the Crystalize armor spell-upgrade, which hardens it further and allows for even more "shield" upgrades. All of which is always-on meaning it can't be counterspelled because you aren't casting it in combat.
So the point is in order to make your tradeoff a viable threat, you need a strong enough attack to punch through whatever defenses they might possibly have. Of course, if you can counterspell and shoot, I don't see why they couldn't also counterspell and dodge, and if they drop their counterspell to do some kind of magic to counter the bullet, then you get to counter whatever they cast instead so IF you are strong enough, it's a no-win situation for them.
IF you are strong enough. But if they are stronger you are similarly fucked. The enemy is always stronger than you.
