When punks at years ~1980 or even earlier met computers, networks and the internet, cyberpunk was born on its own.

Soldiering and cyberpunk are very different. I'm not saying that following a daily routine, regular physical training and exercise are not important, it's an important part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, but cyberpunk is different.
In cyberpunk, more importance is attached to working with technology, advances in both software and hardware. Unlike the army, cyberpunk does not have a strict hierarchy and a commander who pays regular salaries to soldiers.
