The company's LiveWire electric motorcycle will soon be on the road and will have a longer range than expected, at 140 miles of city driving on a single charge. Easy to predict this will fail. You dont buy a 30000 USD motorcycle to save on gas, and the whole culture surronding motorcycles isnt a bunch of future forward early adopters anyway. This is a product for no one.

also this. motorcycle people who get them to save gas would rather scooters (that already exist and can rip a completely adequate level of shit even in battery powered models) and people who want to GOFAST also want loud engines and dual straight exhausts and shit so they can wake people up at 3am. this is a product that appeals to basically only nerds who want to virtue signal how green they are and/or how futuristic their stuff is, who mostly don't ride motorcycles and would likely prefer something like a SMART ForTwo with electric drive or drive FUCKING LEAFS and such

Some of these look schway and are much more inexpensive. howere, you have to be more conscious of the range so you can get back home for a charge. some of them can't travel too far. ok if you're in a city though.

Check out the Joystick Bike. You can basically build an electric motorcycle with spare parts and a generic bicycle frame and minimal tools. Do it shazbot.
