Also, thanks to the ambiguity of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act( made by a man with literal dementia after thinking the film "War Games" could really happen) the law is so ambiguous that if I plug a USB Drive into my friend's computer without him knowing, he could prosecute me under it. The simple pinging of a server could be prosecuted. These are extreme, and untried examples, but all theoretically valid under the insane law. Look at some of the cases tried under the CFAA and see.

It isn't really expensive to eat keto. For example, I make a really nice soup out of Jalepeno, cream cheese, and tomato, with either some chicken or pork thrown into it. Bacon works really nice in it as well, and it isn't spicy like you'd think it would be having a lot of Jalepeno in it because the brick of cream cheese that goes into it counteracts the spice.

Get enough macros and calories so you maintain weight if you're not after weight loss. Carbs (also with vegetable oils) have been a cause of brain fog and sluggishness *for me* ( does not apply to everyone afaik) and I have a tangible increase in energy, my sleep is cleaner.
