Being Trans isn't Cyberpunk, by its self, but I think Trans people gravitate toward Cyberpunk both because the genre, in general, treats the body as a separate, foreign, host to the mind, and because Gibson wrote Trans characters into the short stories that founded the genre, and always included LBGT characters in his books.

There's is something that everyone seems to forget about the cyberpunk genre. A plus that make what cyberpunk is.
