It's a bunch of shorts all stuck together, where it looks like they got the cringiest autistic motherfuckers on the planet to try to out-do one another.
First, fat old guy acting like a teenager. Then, cringy kid, acting like a middle-school philosopher. Next up is some jump-cut bullshit that amounts to nothing, lazy hacker-fantasy cartoon in pixel art, but even lazier than that, black on white pixel art. Then a 'music video' … it just goes on like that.
Like most 'Cyberpunk' bullshit, it looks like they couldn't figure out if they were creating fiction, or being serious, and either way it's fucking embarrassing.

All that code does is change background color, make everything uppercase, change font and font size, and add padding. For "rainbow red" text you would need to specify font-color: red; in either the body or h1, depending on where you want it.
