I consider Hotwheels an old friend, we had some cool conversations and he was really nice to me at a time I needed a friend. I have tremendous respect for him and I want all that kept in mind as I say what I'm about to:
He's being a total bitch about this. I think he's trying to earn some mainstream credit but I don't think that's ever gonna happen. He needs to just take the L, let Jim have his abandoned baby and move on with his life. Find a new tech project he can be proud of and just be happy his name and brand is off this one.
If that sounds a little harsh/rude, just keep in mind I'm still cranky after six months of extended cyro-hibernation and my mouth still tastes like carbonite.
