What are your thoughts on Hirtes, the notorious A-Log and ween who made 50+ Twitter accounts to harass and orbit Chris?

Hi Hirtes, nobody gives a damn about you.
Because you are not funny, you are sad.

Already a Hirtes thread featuring appearances by Hirtes himself including the time he swore he’d never come back on New Years Eve.

Besides that I’d say he’s a pretty transitioning fella.

lol he still looks fat. I remember when he was cutting his hair shorter though. I am gonna guess its male pattern baldness.
Also, he's had that bag since the 80s.

Some schmuck who has been laughed out of every Internet community he's been involved with since the 1980s. Yes, you read that last part right.

Even Anthony LoGatto eventually forgot about Chris and moved on with his life.
What does that say about Hirtes?

There really isn't all that much to tell. If he somehow finds his way into your website, then I just suggest banning him and any accounts you can locate. If you looked up the term "nuisance" in the dictionary you would see his face. In person he is rather meek and can actually be kinda personable. I have sat by him a few times at events and had nice conversations with him. The thing is that he would always have something negative to say about the people we were watching. He would always have to throw out some off-hand comment burying an artist. The negative energy was always there to some extent. He could be likeable if he tried to have a sunnier disposition. I think he behaves like this online because it is an outlet for him. The things he would crab about point to me that he hasn't had too much success. He ran a zine back in the day but I guess it just fell between the cracks and he takes his frustrations out on other artists. I don't think he understands how much pain he causes for these people when he does what he does. You guys know about the chargebacks and whatnot, but before the chargebacks he will have trails of contact with these people. When you add up all the contact and re-work, these people put in about 5 projects worth of work for him before he does something that will hurt their livelihood. This is stuff that was documented at greater length on older websites that are not around any longer.
This could be armchair psychology here, but I think that some of his antics stem from some feelings of inadequacy. Hirtes had a girlfriend (he may be married to her by now, who knows), and she came along with him to a convention I was at. I don't think it is fair for people to talk trash about the disabled, but this isn't trash talk, I just think that it might make him feel inadequate or defensive and he acts out because of it. She was a heavy-set woman, to give you an idea, I would guess she was about 400-450. She also had Down Syndrome. Mike seemed to love her, they would hold hands when walking around, but seeing a guy being romantic with someone profoundly disabled and obese sticks out to you. This was also before it was so common for people to suit up for cons and so much focus was on art, so I am guessing he felt inadequate because he couldn't hide like that. The flamewars and all that are a way to blow off steam. I don't blame people for hating the guy or anything, but everyone has a story.

Worthless. Simply Worthless.
Picking on someone like Chris-Chan already loses you any points worth what's required to take you seriously, ever.
