It's a fork of software that is now UNUSABLE because of how terrible the fork made the network. It is called Mastadon, and was originally a fork of software called GNU Social. It is run by an SJW named Gargon, who is a retard. The latest crusade by Gargon is that he has teamed up with some weird service to implement a Social Credit Score like the one in China.

Let me tell you something about Gargron.
Years before he made Mastodon he was the administrator of some teen-riddled anime forum called "The Colorless" (thecolorless.net). He was known for being immature, throwing temper tantrums and orbiting the girls in his own fucking forum like no other (Speaking of which, wanna know why he deleted his Twitter acount? He used to orbit this Twitter artist for YEARS, @SpewingMews, and literally telling her every day to join Mastodon. When she finally worked the courage to tell him to fuck off, he baleeted his account).
After a while he sold the forum to one of the moderators. The reason is that he allowed one of the moderators, a friend of his well over his thirties, to fucking sext and prey on the 14yo girl users on the site. When called out by a section of the users, he actually began DEFENDING him. The fallout was too great and once he finally realized nobody fucking liked him, he sold the site and fucked off forever.
Notice a pattern? Defending fucked up pedophiles and abusers, trying to silence the own drama he creates, and when it finally gets through his thick skull that his pathetic orbiting and desperate attempts to make friends falls flat, he absconds to another corner of the Internet.

I'm just passing through, I don't have the time to go on julaying lolcows the way I used to… I gave you some pointers as of where to look but other than that I can't give you much. The site used to have (and probably has) a homegrown chat system, and most of the cringy stuff happened there… your best bet is finding users from there and ask around. The forum was created in 2010 and the pedomod incident happened somewhere around 2011… that's about all I remember. I can answer some punctual question but that's about it.

When I was first approached by the user, I was rather skeptical of the authenticity of the data. After some talking and clarification, it is clear that this information is legitimate. An agreement was reached between myself and this user, and I was given a cache of raw data.
I believe that all government projects should be subject to public scrutiny, and because of this conviction, I have decided to post the full logs of the internal matrix chat of the Eunomia project. From these chatlogs, a few things are very clear.
Eugen Rochko might be one of the originators of the project, but he is clearly not in control of it. While he is the admin of their main room, it is clear that he is not one of the people calling the shots. The following screenshot should demonstrate this:

These people do not have your best interests in mind. They are not our people. They are not even the "yes men" types Eugen keeps himself surrounded with on Mastodon. These people hail from groups like Trilateral Research, a high brow social science think tank, and SYNYO, a data mining organization. Their posts are completely disconnected from our own culture, and obviously show little understanding of our concerns.

We revel in rare type of humor in which irony and reality are rarely distinguished, the punchline lies in the fact that at any moment you could be joking or serious. These people are absolutely unable to deal with this idea of uncertainty, and wish to clamp down on a fraudulent “fake news†epidemic. They are the same types of people to develop website blacklists, and trust factor models.
