My biggest grip is how Wally falls in love with a girl that just meet a few days/weeks ago, and how "occasionally" that happen just in the moment that Holly is losing his mind and driving everyone apart, what is worse is that seems like the creator didn't have the balls to just kill her off and actually tried to appease both people that wanted Wally with Holly and the people that wanted Wally with Kirbee. Also, as I said Kirbee was a mistake, it's a really uninteresting character being played as something more important later on, even when the only thing that she has going on her is the fact that she in not depressed as anyone else (but with the implied reason that it only happens because she is dumb), in other words she feels like a joke character being played as a straight one. And the creator seems to have a fascination for her, and all we know how that type of stuff always end.

It really would have been nice to have a significant character death though, the whole Holly disappears thing was a cringeworthy cop out. There was a lot of potential conflict he sort of tossed aside just to pull that shit.
However, the batshit thing wasn't really that sudden, you could see hints she was going nuts in previous arcs.
Chic never seemed to matter even when he was introduced.
It wasn't the best arc by any means, but I still enjoyed it.

I mean, it had his good things, mostly the worldbuilding of how the life was before end of the world came but for me the bad things overcome the good ones, it does help that the current arc is a clusterfuck of a storyline that to be honest started really boring a never got apart from that.

I haven't looked around to see how many pages this person includes in each update, but speaking as someone who keeps a comic of their own going (no I'm not gonna post it, don't even bother), seeing how many pages this person had at first impressed me, but upon actually reading the comic I'm left underwhelmed.
The TL;DR is "they're cheating."
Let me explain, when you're able to create art at the level the author is, and consistently, it's not as time consuming as if an amateur, or even someone who can but isn't adept at it, as it would be for them. This is basically just their "normal" art.
Then there's the fact that it's in this forced aspect ratio, and told in basically one panel at a time. They're actually doing about as much work as any other regularly updating weekly, but instead of a single page, with all six or so panels, in one cohesive page, they're breaking up the panels into six individual pages.
Lastly there's the nature of the art in the panels, sure it's pretty, but the camera basically remains locked at this fixed distance from the characters, and rarely changes, even when it should. Couple that with the dialogue being more or less "filler" and I can see how this comic gained a lot of traction, for basically as much work as any other webcomic artist.
It's really pretty brilliant, how they effectively cut corners to trick the audience into thinking they're getting more than they really are. If you account for how many panels are in a typical comic page update (around 6), it's really only around 330 pages long. Not that significant, as it adds up to the standard one page a week, when you divide by how long it's been going.
Consider me impressed, with the level of cheating, going on here.

There is an ongoing adventure webcomic called Hooky. Its about two 12-13 year-old twins , Dani & Dorian, who are witches, and have adventures, with other kids, while also trying to prevent/solve the hate between witches & normies. Webcomic is not all cute and happiness, and its gets dark, although im not talking about edgy shit (Bad and sad stuff happens, and some deaths, but not really explicit). I really recommend it.

Maybe it's just maintenance, or maybe he's rebooting for the, what, fifth time? Or he could be having copyright issues with his use of Slenderman and the SCP Foundation.
Hayes does fantastic work, the writing is probably on a par with the best indie capeshit, like Elementals or Labor Force. The art is rudimentary, but adequate to telling the story and expressing the characters' personalities and emotions. The use of photo backgrounds, something that usually makes me cringe, is hands down the most deft I've seen.
The only issue I have with him is that he continually reboots his universe and removes the archives of the previous version. It's a pity because I have a nostalgia hard-on for Kaballah Jones.

There were hints the she had supressed issues and pain in her past, not that she was a complete hypocrite and a cunt. At first I praised her mental breakdown for being so realistic but then there was no payoff because she was removed from the narrative instead of dealing with it. It was just done out of spite for the character.
He just lost respect for his characters in general after indulging in getting rid of Holly. Kirbee now can do no wrong, Wally is more full of shit than ever, Chic had so much potential, being a child born after The End, but he was basically a prop during the ship arc. Then in the next arc we have either good characters go bad (Dottie, Walt, Philo, Cooper, Jacob…) or new "characters" with that exist solely for the current plot (Portia, Heather, the wolves…). Endtown's biggest selling point before was its characters, he is wasting this for a clumsy pseudo-political mystery instead. He has no idea of what he is doing now.
All of this just because he can't get over his divorce.

Anyone here read some Unordinary? It has a good setting and a cool world with an original story. The characters are so-so and the writing and art style isn't great but I think its makes up for it in other aspects. Its not the most original or innovative webcomic but I still had a hell of a time reading it.

I quite like Everblue. Wholesome, upbeat, very easy on the eyes. You can see the art evolve over the current archive. I love the shading and detailing now, sometimes I reread the most recent page or two just to see it again. A major flaw would be sameface, which has only recently receded to acceptable levels. Fair warning, the reason art evolution is so visible is the release schedule is super slow. Also from what I recall, it's actually a little too light on exposition. Easy to get lost. Should reread the archive actually, I've forgotten some stuff.
On the flipside of my critiques of Everblue, consider Miamaska:
This one's a bit of an odd duck because the strongest points are worldbuilding and intrigue, which you might imagine are poor subjects for a visual medium. That's… arguable, sure. There's very limited movement throughout the comic, with the bulk of it (there are exceptions and the artist composes and draws action quite well when it crops up) being people conversing in sparsely furnished rooms. The art also hasn't changed a lot throughout the comic to date, probably because this is not the artist's first comic and she had already established a style. Off the top of my head I think she starts adding a final lineart stage at some point but that's about it. Because of the nature of the story it's hard to talk about without spoiling but suffice it to say I found it engaging. There's a central theme of communication throughout the work which I think is really the focus of the art and the reason it's so sedate. While characters don't move much, detailed, expressive faces and body language provide a backdrop to the comic's main conceit; a universal translator which translates what people actually mean when they speak and social implications of same.

Please tell me you folks are at least aware of The Property of Hate? I hold it up there with Gunnerkrigg and other full-length story comics, but that's just me. Art direction is gorgeous, and aside from a dagger ballerina(female) being married to a church organ monstrosity(female), there's really nothing to complain about.
Rusty and Co. is also a pretty good one. Take the plot of Goblins(monsters becoming Adventurers) and then make it perfectly light-hearted with a full cast of colorful characters, and, best of all, pretty much no ulterior agenda, motive, or message. It's neither too dramatic nor too serious, and while I wouldn't say it's spectacular, it's remarkable for the fact that it's just so free of the elements that can ruin a good comic that I have to make mention of it.
