A nice cheeseburger - thinking about a half pound patty here. Gonna skip the onion, but definitely tomato, lettuce, pickle, mayo, and a dash of brown mustard. Not sure on the cheese - I do like me some of that processed goo, but if I could get swiss melted onto the inside of the crown, that'd be good. I don't want the cheese melted onto the burger, unless it's american processed.
Good fucking fries. They need to be hot, crisp, and seasoned. They shouldn't feel like mashed potatoes in the middle - to me, that means they need to be a narrower cut, rather than a thicker cut. Too thick, and the center to crust ratio isn't right. If they can't make the fries right, I want hashbrowns instead. Not nearly so picky on hashbrowns - could be frozen hashbrown patties, or a proper fried shredded potato. Outsides do need to be crispy, however. Need a little bit of a crunch. The problem with that is they'll almost surely cook it far away, and put a lid on it to bring it to my cell, which means the spuds will either get cold, soggy, or both.

I respectfully disagree with your selection of cheddar on a good patty; cheddar too readily overpowers the meat flavor. A burger is fundamentally about the patty (I'm assuming ground beef in this case); everything else should accent the patty - not hide it.
I believe that colby, gouda, baby swiss (*NOT* regular or lorraine) or provolone would be better choices, if you're into "real cheese" on your cheeseburgers.
