Main course, my mum's chicken curry, but with extra heat, and traditionally baked naan bread. Accompanied by a nice pilsner, something with a fruity finish.
Desert, lightly sweetened cheese cake, chocolate/coffee spread with a a flaky pie pastry crust lid and rasberry lime sorbet. Accompanied by an imperial stout.
Finish with a nice cup of coffee, and a piss.

I respectfully disagree with your selection of cheddar on a good patty; cheddar too readily overpowers the meat flavor. A burger is fundamentally about the patty (I'm assuming ground beef in this case); everything else should accent the patty - not hide it.
I believe that colby, gouda, baby swiss (*NOT* regular or lorraine) or provolone would be better choices, if you're into "real cheese" on your cheeseburgers.
Of course, there's no accounting for taste, so you go ahead and eat what you like.

I used to eat like a lumberjack every single day when I was still in the military, even on deployment. Now I sometimes only eat once a day. reading the nutrition labels is for old cat ladies. Cholesterol. A word I've come to know within the past 3 years, unfortunately. LDL is bad but from certain utube videos some suggest that total cholesterol is not an important factor like mainstream doctors would have us believe. I admit to being a fatass again, which has led my cholesterol to climb upwards, but I've seem to have left my doctor scratching his head during my last visit.
My total cholesterol was exactly the same from 6 months prior but my HDL had increased from 42-54. The only changes were red yeast rice and eating sardines 4 days a week. Who knows if either were factors.
