If you're indwelt with the Spirit, you cannot be possessed by the devil. Injecting thoughts is a function of possession.
Ananias and Sapphira proved to have not been saved because they blasphemed the holy spirit. They were not saved Christians.
A Christian still will have intrusive thoughts because we're still tempted, but it's not the devil supernaturally placing thoughts in our minds.
