If you didn't know, we established our own site at https://christchannel.xyz in the time between 8chan and 8kun.
Now we have two, so time will tell which should be considered primary and which should be considered the bunker.

Well the biggest difference right now is that /christian/ does not exist and is said to not be coming back.
/christian/ was the older board. It changed hands a couple times, and the last owner with his mods & vols were bad about censoring posts that deviated from their own mainstream roman catholic position. Logs were private, moderation was arbitrary. It was fine for the most part other than this.
It turned out they didn't even care about the premise of a Chrsitian imageboard, the board was just a way to point people to their discord and to have some Christian presence on 8chan (at least in name).
/chrsitianity/ was picked up because of frustration with the situation at /christian/. Logs were public, bans were rare. You can see all the discussion about it still on the board if you're interested.

I didn't say it was pointless, I said it was mostly fine other than the moderation problem. A negative side effect of slanted moderation was an online echo chamber for catholics.

You're so blessedly right. This is the primary reason why I mourned the loss of 8chan more than anything. Just being on there helped me learn my own theology.
