man i was an atheist,today i am christian i believe in god and love him,but i think i not might be saved,sometimes when i was an atheist i commited blasphemy,and even today i have some questions and sometimes even doubt his existence,can someone help me,i simply cannot stop thinking and questioning and doubting,help

Go to your local church, as long as it's trinitarian (Not mormon, JW). Go to their confessional and repent for every you can think of that you've commited. After this, thank the priest and start going to mass. You can start looking into what denomination is true after this.
