So it's been awhile since I've been here like my baptism is made moot from my masterbational habits trying to control it or if what I'm doing comes off as only works and just now even as i try to pray and read my bible in the gospel (restarting in trying to the new testament again and verses from bible study streams like rea3lism and dinx the puppet for example which do have me think) and afraid of the return of Jesus has me even more at times think of not really following despite sharing vids,praying in the best silence I can find in my room and such

like im not bearing fruit or really saved

any advice i can better my faith?

people find God through various ways, so can't really give you a concrete answer.

All I can say is that people seem to find/hear God the most consistently when they 1 have a humble heart, 2 are eager to hear from God (believe it or not, most of the times, we pray to God to hear from Him but deep down we don't want to. food for thought) 3 actively search for God.

The thing is that God is a being that transcends our dimension and thinking, that we find Him in ways we might not expect. some people find Him through science, philosophy, etc

external sources from the Bible like sermons, podcasts, books might be helpful to answer questions, but one can fall into a trap where they confuse knowing about God from knowing God.

Keep up the consistency in praying, worshiping and reading the Word and God will answer your prayers. But you have to come to God with an earnest heart.

Too ask further what's a good way too tell my heart is more open along to get in a rhythm of reading and praying more too him in knowing of him and not about him cause i kinda been lazy in reading his word for awhile and wanna work on that too
