What would you respond to someone who asks "Who created hell"?

What should I do to help build my resistance against the temptation to sin, besides praying?

Hell was made by the LORD to torture the devil and the demons, along with the humans who choose to reject God.

The concept of hell isn't original to Christian mythology. Who created it? Impossible to know, but it has independently appeared in the myths and folklore of several unrelated civilizations.

"Sin" isn't a real thing. "Sin" would be a transgression against God, but there don't seem to be a god to begin with. Just, do it moderately, anything can become an adiction that can ruin you. Enjoy the porn.

The more disciplined you are with your vices the longer you can enjoy them.

I would reply that Jesus Christ has not yet returned, and that the Sacred Heart apparition is totally false and heretical.

It's heresy as are all Marion Apparitions. The Lord God said he would send the Holy Ghost to the Vicars of Christ which was Saint Peter - Simon renamed by the Lord at the time to designate the Authority of His Church on Earth.

God never said he'd send His mother. Saint Paul, in the infallible Bible, said a woman should never be made a teacher of men. All Marion apparitions are perversions of the faith.

Creation is the single provenance of the Almighty God.
