Imagine what it was like to live in the BC age, seeing the year number decreasing wondering what this "countdown" was for, then year 0 passes and nothing special seems to happen! People must have wondered, did someone special get born this year or something? Then you would only find out much later, if you even lived long enough….

Stop ridiculing Christians!
They have faith. And you?
They believe everything the holy Bible tells them. What do you believe?

Speak for yourself, I don't believe every single thing the Bible says. All that's necessary is the core truths.

You don't think the Bible is holy. You think it's a book that is helpful or maybe enlightening. You are not a follower but try to make up your own mind.

I follow Christ, not a book written by men. I have yet to find a good reason to put my faith in a book written by men. It was my understanding that the Bible exists only to point us to Christ and give us an idea of what God is all about. It's good reading material and I have a lot if respect for the wisdom it contains and the men who wrote it down, but it's blasphemy to claim that David or Paul or Peter couldn't have possibly been wrong about something.

A very good point.
Would you write something like "a critique of the Bible"? It may help a lot of Christians.
