He leaps off of the roof, and lands a few meters away, power surrounding his features. "You didnt think you could escape justice did you? I am StormEater, and this will be the last time you see the light of day! Now you have two options, drop the gauntlet…" He hits a button on his gun and it lights up with power, a hum in the air. The electricity and metal enhanced Lana alongside the Storm Doctor vs one H.E.R.O named StormEater. On all sides everyone prepares to fight, with Lana's electricity kicking into overdrive as the dr prepares his storm gauntlets. Lana charges, robotic body carrying her across the ground at a speed faster than humanly possible. She leaps at StormEater, lightning charged fost raised as she brings it down on the lone H.E.R.O. StormEater reacts immediately, and jumps back while firing a railgun blast at the android(cyborg or whatev). The shot hits her in the abdomen, flowing through her body and shorting her circuits temporarily. She flies back and lands on the ground, her metal mind fighting to restore control to her electric body. Seeing this the doctor fires off a aimed shot of electricity, only for StormEater to roll to the side and come up with three shots of plasma. One hits the doctor in the non-weapon shoulder, melting it in an instant, while the others hit his gauntlet and melt it to the doctors hand, causing him to scream in pain.
"You just couldnt surrender could you? One last choice doctor, surrender…"
StormEater hits the railgun setting on his rifle. "Or go to Jail limbless."

It was already too late for him. His gauntlet was fused to his hand. It crackled and flashed - it still worked. Barely. Barely was enough. Summoning all the strength his battered, aged body would allow, Crizyx balled a fist and supercharged the gauntlet. He lunged out, rising and swinging his dynacharged fist at the H.E.R.O.
It would have to work. It HAD to work. Even if he was killed in the resulting explosion, Lana could still make it out. She had all of his blueprints - finished and otherwise. She was too valuable and, though he hadn't said it, too important to him.
Enough introspection you insane old man. It's time for one more experiment.

1: Begin work on a power negation device, the kind that can take the strength and ability from a person - mundane and otherwise. The complete negation of a H.E.R.O.'s power via sorcery and technology, in theory. They're the only thing really stopping me from completion of a the unification of the world - a perfect world government under me, as it should be.
2. But that starts somewhere! And because I am DOCTOR VICTOR VON DOOM, and as such I never do anything without the highest and greatest flair, I must carve out a home region for myself. It will be able to alter its body and tentacles to fit anything I wish, be it to lay eggs, spew thick cum, spin nets and wepping, or split into 100 tiny tendrils 6/10
That'll be my work for the day.
As for the couple for now, I'll not use that creature yet.
I have yet another experiment for them. I'll want to do a bit of temperature play this time. Let's see how horny they will have to be to overcome discomfort for pleasure.
Blindfold them, so they can only feel, not see. Place a pool of cold water with lots of ice in it, frozen to the touch, and put them on either side. They'll be able to put their leg into the water to feel how cold it is, but once they are deep enough they can't get out. Tell them once they get to the middle, I'll give them their genitals back.
Then, start pumping the gas. Let's see if I can get them horny enough to have sex in freezing water.
Ah, but here's the special part. Once they do reach the middle, I'll make it so the portal allows them to have sex with each other. However, the portals will also lead to a bowl of very warm water.
The result is that while they are freezing cold, they'll have to fuck each other through intense heat, made felt the hotter due to them freezing.
Let them do each other a couple of times there. After that let them dry off, and warm them so they don't get hypothermia. Then let them shower, taking away their genitals again.
Then comes the next part, slowly increase the heat of the shower, gently, let them get warm and comfortable after being cold, and then turn up the gas again. When the water is hot and steamy and they are very horny again, give it back to them.
Ah, but this time, instead of placing cold water between their genitals in another room, make it ice water. Up until then their genitals hadn't felt the cold yet, having been previously warmed. Now if they want to have sex, they'll have to do it through cold, icy water, even though the rest of their body is hot.
This should be a fun experiment to watch!

Amplifying her bodies non-organic elements, she produces(by accident)electric nanomachines that can turn others into Electroandroids like her. She then takes the doctor to the bedroom, and begins the week long sexual healing process. She daily rides the doctor, being often filled with his enhanced semen. The sex builds metallic parts on his cracked and scarred skin, electricity and metal making up for lost blood and flesh respectively. By the end of the week the doctor is fully healed, no longer a creature of flesh and blood but a superior android of metal and lightning. Not only that, but Lana is pregnant with a baby.
