The brain retains a fair degree of neuroplasticity until you're quite old. Considering the average age here I doubt it's too late for any one of us, though your post makes a convenient justification not to try. You just have to replace bad habits (imageboards/porn/vidya) with good ones (reading/socializing/exercise) and the brain will gradually adapt and you'll improve.

I'll be starting my anavar cycle on the 1st of January. I'm very excited. It is an oral steroid, and one that's considered mild at that, so I'm not expecting to become Zeus; my goal is to shed some fat so I'll be eating at a deficit, but I still expect some strength and size gains.
