I actually am "mixed European". My dad and his dad have/had blonde hair and blue eyes, as does my sister and her first daughter, whereas my mum is half Irish, quarter Scottish, quarter ???, with brunette hair and green eyes. Firstly, that chart suggests that the more Western European Hunter-Gatherer and Yamnaya genetics you have the more likely you are to have fair hair and the more LBK (Middle Eastern) genetics you have the more likely you are to have darker hair. Also, "that group of ancient people from the border of east Europe and Asia" (Yamnaya) are descendents from the original Western European Hunter-Gatherers, their genetics hardly changed. The last 3/4 weeks I've been getting worse and worse mentally lads, my mood is swinging between extremes further that I've had before, and the lows are so fucking low its incredible.
I took the dog for a walk this morning and just walked into an alleyway and sat down for half an hour. I feel bad for the dog not getting a proper walk, but I really just couldn't bare the idea of going that far from the house.
I called in sick on Friday and I still dont know what Im going to tell them, I'm planning on going in tomorrow but only because mum is home now so I cant exactly not leave for work, I might just drive somewhere else again like on Friday.
I dont know why im telling you this lads, I know you can't really help me but I just thought I'd blogpost. Something needs to change soon.

Yeah, I was aware it sounded like something straight out of Pokemon when I wrote it (although I was thinking more of the "town guide" song), but it was just a joke tune so I ran with it. There's also some fairly blatant "whistle while you work" from Snow White in there. In it's defense, the major scale is extremely limited, just by the fact that the majority of Western music has been beating it to death for centuries, to the point where any attempt at originality in it is a lost cause.
Still, I think it sounds alright as a pisstake of a genre (and instruments) that I've never touched with a ten foot pole before. I threw the first half together in about half an hour, but it was the funkier/jazzier half, as well as the accompanying deano edit, that took up most of the hours spent on it. And then it proceeded to get (almost) completely ignored, RIP my Sunday.

As I got more confident during my walks, I would often try to push myself to the limits of my comfort zone by looking passers-by in the eye, so that if they looked at me I could give them some friendly acknowledgement. However, a lot of the time they would just look away or stare at the ground, establishing myself as the more dominant one, which made me feel pretty alpha. I've even managed to do it to girls before, not often though because it's much more of a challenge.

Hello all. I am writing this as a warning to all of you on here and for peace of mind for me. It’s May 2009 and I’m watching a programme on Uk TV called “Extreme Male Beauty”. The presenter is researching a penis enlargement exercise called “jelqing”. I’ve had a couple of beers and I’m watching this programme and I decide to give it a go. I can’t say I was ever “unhappy” with my penis size (3.5ins flaccid, 6.5in hard), I just did it out of curiosity (and a touch of vanity) more than anything. So I got some lube, got about 2/3 erect and did about 20 “jelqing”strokes stopping before I touched the gland. And this is the point that my life changed forever. Immediately I noticed my penis and scrotum were less sensitive than before, about 80% less sensitive! Also, when I let my penis go flaccid again it looked different, there was a vein on the left side of the shaft that wasn’t there before and the vein on the top of the shaft seemed to have shifted to the side a bit. Also my penis hung to the left more than it did prior and was smaller both in length and girth.
Fast forward 11 months and there has been no change in the state of my penis. The shaft of my penis and scrotum remain numb, my penis in it’s flaccid state is now an inch smaller in length and about half an inch smaller in girth. I struggle to get an erection (something I never had a problem with before) and keeping hold of one is very difficult (I go from erect to completely flaccid in about 30secs if I don’t concentrate), I don’t know how much smaller my erection has got because I haven’t had an erection long enough to really compare.
In a word my life has been destroyed. I am now on anti-depressants and have broken up from my girlfriend of two years due to this. I was once a happy guy who enjoyed life, I now spend my days waiting to go back to sleep so I can forget everything. I recently saw a urologist who said he doesn’t know what I’ve done and can’t give me an answer to my problems. I was thinking of suing the “Extreme Male Beauty” programme as they featured no warning of the possible consequences of this exercise but decided this would be too embarassing considering the subject.
All this because I “jelqed” 20 times. So my advise to all of you on this board would be, fuck your penis size! Trust me, it’s not worth it. If everything goes according to plan, I should be able to get my own house in 3 years, I'll be 30 at that point so it's long overdue, but I feel it's wiser to wait until I can afford a proper house rather than waste years and money renting some overpriced hovel and ending up with fuck all.

Nice morning, how are you all? I had some very tasty raw meat from the butchers, the texture and flavour was brilliant. Don't even bother eating meat from the supermarket lads, it's so disgusting and it made me feel ill. I'll try my best to only eat healthy meat from now on, cooked or not. Another striking comparison is the colour of the meat; good raw meat is bright red whereas store bought meat looks like it's from a corpse. Since I've never really seen meat outside of store bought meat I never realised.
Also, while lying in bed I was thinking about if I should store / sell my desktop. Has it done me any good? Should I just use a laptop instead? How much of my life has been taken by video games and procrastination? I'm not going to do either of those things however I'll try to use my time more beneficially, such as reading or trying to learn something. I did forty minutes of reading earlier and I have a keyboard which would be nice to learn. Of course that's easier said than done, I've tried before and sunk back into laziness.

It's a pretty good soundtrack from what I've heard so far, Tee Lopes did a fantastic job of capturing the essence of the whacky mid-90s "funky jazz-tastic brass-filled groove drenched in breakbeats and ROMplers" sound, like a lot of the non-US Sonic CD soundtrack had. The more gritty techno and breakbeat hardcore influences of CD seem to have been dropped however, which is a shame because I thought the energy and madness of it really suited Sonic games.

That whole "album" reminds me of the garbage my old mate used to make years ago, he would always do things like program an intentionally broken tracker for DOS and then record the output through his guitar amp into his built-in laptop microphone. There's a point where "experimental" just become "awful", and he always managed to cross that line one way or another. In the end he started making stuff that was half-decent, but I lost contact with him years ago. I don't even know if he's still alive.

I half suspect the reason why he often neglects to bring this up is that he's getting rich off consultations with hopeful adults, who watched a couple of his videos online and now believe that a bit of posture adjustment and hard gum chewing is somehow going to give them Chad's jaw, rather than just being preventative measures for kids so they don't end up with problems in the first place.

I think one of the major problems I have is that when I finally do have a good day, and it doesn't happen often, I tend to use it to play video games.
I don't generally enjoy them anymore due to my mental state, but on my good days I get so much fun out of them and its absolutely fantastic. I've got to make a choice between really actually being happy and enjoying myself for the first time in weeks, possibly months or sitting down and doing a days worth of studying or something, which I know is generally not very useful if it isn't kept up consistently.

I'm currently making some changes to it, I'm modifying one I had just over a year ago.
At the moment, the left side has my daily tasks, which I put y or n in and they fill with green or red, then underneath that is my water intake, every cell represents 500ml, since thats the size of glass I have. The goal is 3 litres a day, although there's enough cells for 4, mostly because thats the amount of cells that spelt out Aqua Pura.
On the right side I have my goals, the reading goals I track by percentage of pages, the top bit is so I can put how many pages I read a day.
If I ever get any plans they'll go in the upcoming events section, and the weekly tasks and my work times are below. I'm still tweaking the formating a bit, but I don't mind posting the file tomorrow once I'm done.

I woke up maybe an hour or so ago, but I'm still in bed. I didn't have dinner yesterday, and I only had some salad thing the day before, but I'm still not particularly hungry. My room is chaotic and cluttered, everything is everywhere. It's been about 12 days since I last showered or changed out of these clothes. I've spent almost every single one of those days just hooked onto my computer without seeing daylight, and I've got dark black rings around my eyes from it.
I feel like the part of my brain that would previously feel depressed, disgusted, regretful, or ashamed under these circumstances has been switched off or removed, because I still feel pretty positive and content internally, even though I can clearly see that things aren't right. It's like I'm at peace with myself, without actually wanting to be. I don't take drugs or anything, so I don't understand it.

It takes 30 to 40 minutes, sometimes more, and I think my personal best is 20 minutes. That said, the issue isn't so much the length of time (although that is part of it), it's more that it's not an automatic process like brushing my teeth, it takes a concious effort. It's like whenever you do something out of the ordinary, it's a bigger deal because you have to really think about what you're doing rather than just running on autopilot. Combine that with me being in a state where I even procrastinate on going downstairs to eat or refill a cup of water, as well as a lifetime of avoiding showers, the fact I haven't showered for 12 days should come as no surprise.
This isn't a justification by the way, just my best explanation from my introspection on why it is I see showers as such a big disruption to my life, while everyone else treats it like an un-noteworthy extension of their morning shit.
