Despite what I said yesterday morning about not really going outside these days, I got showered, dressed and met up with my dad. We went out for a small walk (we saw an old windmill, an aqueduct canal that went over a main road, and a large manmade "waterfall" coming off the side, pretty good finds considering this was all amidst the urban sprawl of milton keynes), then we had had a meal in a pub restaurant, and also visited a museum. I think I'll also take advantage of this momentum and go for a walk today as well, try and build the habit again.

It's pretty nice, I do enjoy a good sunrise, as well as sunlight in general. For me, nothing beats feeling the warmth of sunlight hitting my skin on a summer's day, it makes me feel tingly and nice all over. Most days I generally only get the small amount of daylight through my window at best, and that's only when I'm not nocturnal and when it's not winter, so I'm probably massively vitamin D deficient. That's why I think I feel such a big boost whenever I do come into contact with sunlight.

I haven't thought about that honestly, is that even possible at 25+? I still have no idea what I want to do beyond being NEET, I just wanted to get better at maths until I'm at least as good as a decent year 11 student. When I was doing the whole job centre malarkey a couple of years ago, I got sent to a centre to see if they could train me for an adult numeracy qualification, but after I did a few tests they said I was already above what they could offer (Level 1 & 2 adult numeracy I believe). I'd had to have paid like £200 to do some sort of exam, so naturally I said "fuck that".

Perfectly possible. I passed my English GCSE when I was 18 and there were people in the class who were 24 at the oldest. I was actually one of the youngest ones.
Usually it's because they got a job/promotion that requires a GCSE but I see no reason not to try.
It will just be a small class of about 6-10 people, you'll probably go to a local college once a week in the evening and most of the time spent will be doing coursework or "controlled assessments" as they do now
It's only 2 hours and once a week, it will get you out the house and get you into some kind of routine.

Lungs are much better now, breathing is back to normal within a couple of minutes of getting home, whereas the first night took me about 20-25 minutes.
Both shins started aching as soon as I started running, right leg is alright now but the left shin is aching pretty badly.
All in all, it's taken me much less time than I expected to have a noticeable improvement in stamina.

Anyone can do HIIT, even a 150kg fatty, since "high intensity" means something different for everyone. My suggestion as a beginner would be to do 15 seconds sprinting followed by 30 second fast walk and to repeat that for 10-15 minutes. You can do it on a bike too but obviously be aware of your surroundings while going fast.

Done 3 laps of my running route. Shins didn't take any pressure at all from the cycle so they're fine. Lungs are great, I was barely even panting the entire time, and that was with no coasting whatsoever.

Not really, it's probably my least favourite FF besides VIII, although I've never played any game beyond XII, and I generally prefer 2D JRPGs. The character models look shit outside of battles, the gameplay and battles are painfully slow, the "translation" is horrendous and makes every character cringy as fuck, the music gets on my nerves, and the story doesn't interest me one bit (although I think that's mostly down to the poor localisation). I've given it several chances, but I can only get so far before getting bored with it. Ground breaking at the time perhaps, but now it's just broken ground.

It's a cliché, but nothing feels real. Every so often I get a glimpse of what feels real, in fleeting memories; they crumble if I try to hold on to them, like forgetting a dream after waking up. Same goes for any other big selling acts of the past like Frank Sinatra, Elvis, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, etc. A lot of people assume that just because the artist/band in question is old yet still well-known today, then anything with their name on it is automatically worth a lot of money. Lads, that girl that I went on a date with some weeks back and I got drunk and passed out on her sofa.
I asked her if she wanted to watch alien but she said she was already going to watch it with her friends so I left a big passive aggressive thumbs up and ignore her. By the end of the night I was just lying, staring glassy eyed at the wall completely paralytic and unable to speak so she dragged me into a taxi, I looked at my feet and asked where my shoes were and then she held them in front of me so I tried to argue that those aren't my shoes for a few minutes (they were my shoes). By the end of the night she was so baked that she ordered a taxi to take her to her house which was about a 2 minute walk away because there was a road slightly behind us, a taxi ride which probably took her 5+ minutes.
Ever since I ignored her for a while she speaks to me more.

I don't think we would, at least not in a society where arranged marriages are the norm. I can definitely corroborate that doctors/psychiatrists don't seem to be aware of or care about how prescription drugs can negatively impact people.
