They didn't used to cave in though, they've only been like this for the last few years since I had a sudden rapid weight loss. It can't just be my cheekbones because my bone structure hasn't changed since I was 14/15, and I certainly didn't have caved in cheeks back then. It wasn't until I was 19 that it happened.

I'm off to bed. Had another good day today, which isn't surprising considering the nice weather. Went along with my mum, sister and niece to the shops, and then we went to the park together. My niece always brings a lot of joy and laughter with her, it's impossible to be depressed when she's around.
Tomorrow I've got one of those crappy appointments I always have though, but it's going to be later in the day so maybe I won't be so anxious and unable to speak doubt it.
