Any fellow fat cunts out there calorie counting?

Fuck all other diets, just make sure you use more energy than you put in. Simple.

I'm keeping it under 400 per day (RDI is 2,000) and walking 500 metres 3 times a day. 500 metres is a return trip to my mailbox.

I've been losing 500g a day for four weeks now. I'm still at 150kg, so I reckon another 30kg to go. (I'm tall and kinda built, underneath it all)

Count your calories from a weekly perspective. For someone at your weight you can easily drop 1 kilo a week while still consuming 1800/1900 calories a day. Don't undercut yourself or else you won't be able to maintain it. Don't run like >>153540 suggests, you'll absolutely fuck you knees. If you can find a set of cheap weights and start lifting.

150kg? odds are stacked well against you, might as well just enjoy your gluttony instead of beating yourself up every time you fuck up because statistically there is no coming back now.

This is a terrible idea mate. When you're that fat what you need to do is make changes to how you live your life. Going on a crash diet and then planning to somehow maintain it afterwards never works.

Aim for a reasonable number and stick to it long term. It took you years to become a fat piece of shit, you can't solve it in months.

several percent of ppl attempting to lose weight manage to do it despite being very fat. these ppl have certain predispositions like conscentiousness and that anon might be in that group and then his chances to lose weight with success are much higher

I did this as well and lost 23kg over 5 months with it.

I worked to 5500kJ daily net, with food and activity taken into account, and lost about a kilo a week with it. 5500 was a good point for me, energy-wise (at 5000 I tended to bonk and had hard cravings.)

If at the end of the day I was over, I walked it off with a night-walk, using 250kJ/km. (Ignore the fag who masturbates to Zyzz who says to run.. Absolutely no point.)

It wasn't a habit before, but I took to having lunches, typically wraps, that came to about 1300-1500kJ.

Something funny was I knew a she'd-be-a-girlfriend-if-she-wasn't-an-arsehole, who /insisted/ she could get herself down to her 50kg 18yo weigh again (fucking stupid idea..), for over something like 4 years. And then I got into the losing a kilo a week. It annoyed her greatly. :D

That's not how it your body works, your body isn't a car. Less cals in + more cals out just slows down your metabolism because your body thinks you're a chink who has to survive on half a cup of rice a day. Fasting doesn't slow down your metabolism and switches your body straight to burning fat and also makes you live longer.

Hey m80. If recommend that you stop eating sugar and eat minimal complex carbs. Get your calories from protein and animal fats. Believe me it works. Theres a book out there called "the perfect health diet" that explains it in detail but thats the gist of it

"Metabolism" can violate the laws of Thermodynamics? I don't think the Universe will let that happen.

Explain to me how a 35000kJ weekly energy deficit can be anything less than 35000kJ (aka 1kg of blubber) being removed from the body. There's a Nobel Prize for proving Thermodynamics is wrong.

Just saying "slow mah-matabolism" wasn't an explanation.

It's the 3rd time you avoided answering.
