"The Soldiers of Odin was formed last autumn and have been patrolling streets in several Finnish towns 'to protect the Finns from the threat of asylum seekers'.
Earlier this month, a group of Soldiers of Odin were seen on a vigilante walk through the town of Tønsberg in southern Norway.
During what is believed to be the first appearance of Soldiers of Odin groups outside of Finland, some 14 'soldiers' walked around the town on Saturday night."

Yesss this bothered me from the get-go.
Although it isn't like they are actual believers, they just wanted a cool name.
They do good things at least…

So, why aren't we doing more to drum up this group? Although officially nonreligious, a good portion of the members are kin, and in this type of organization, all you have to do to tip the balance is have more people join.
So, anyone have ideas how to render aid? I can make body armor, but not afford shipping, lol.

I agree with these two anons. It's likely they wanted a name that would make it clear they were opposing Islam and their ways. It's subtle but points out that Islam is an invasive religion.

(I am aware how old these comments are) Soldiers of Odin dressed in body armor might ring too many alarm bells and bring negative attention.

Yes they fucked up with the horns. Although historically inaccurate it does look badass.
I hadn't heard of Soldiers of Odin until now, I am curious what their current standing is and will look into it further.

Fuck off the whole board is dead anyway and it's an interesting story.
There's a faction in my area, doesn't seem very large and I'm not quite sure what they stand for or how serious they are. Additionally, Soldiers of Odin recruit over facebook so it's most likely full of faggots.
