American paganism in general just seems pozzed as fuck, and even if I did move to Europe, it's not as if I can lay claim to kinship with people from Ireland or Poland.

I'm also American but got away pretty lucky. My ancestry is almost entirely AngloSaxon with the occasional Celtic admixture. The only person I can find who wasn't here since the War of Independence was my British-Canadian grandfather.
Use all the info available to you to try to construct the clearest picture possible. That's what our ancestors would do when put in this situation.

Seems like a good opportunity. I don't see a mainstream religion right now that emphasizes strength, family/race, nature, work ethic, and a proper balance of freedom/community. There is a void with potential to be filled here, and america needs its own american gods to fill them.
